Only part, which could be improved is the measurements: its 1.5 ounce shots = 45ml.
To bear in mind in standard british bars a:
double = 50ml
single = 25ml....
why do it in 45ml? perhaps its foreign, i dont know -"nearly 2 shots" kinda annoying. Not a bad factor, but one to be considered when buying.

Was better build than i had expected for such a cheap price. It's good and solid; rotates nicely; The"optic-measures" clip on/off for easy attachment of bottles. Plus its sexy.Only part, which could be improved is the measurements: its 1.5 ounce shots = 45ml.

A sure fire way of buying a designer item at a really cheap price, and who knows maybe a collectable piece in years to come.
Would be great for summer barbies, no more flies or wasps going into bottles, but also not stopping the table from looking great either. Go on give your outdoor party table some funky designer fun.
A word of warning though, once one item is bought in the Alessi range then it just get contagious, and that is from my own experience.

I really cannot rate this too highly. It is fun and bright, and also useful. You just twist the cap and it releases the sugar - especially useful for tea and coffee, but it can also be used for cookery. The pour is just fantastic.
The fantastic design and texture of the plastic just beg to be touched - and the grin on the front will enliven any morning.

I'd had a couple of cheaper bar butlets in the past, but they were always made of plastic and snapped pretty easily. This one is really good quality - its made of metal and has a nice solid feel - so far, its been outstanding. Well worth the extra few pounds!13

They look nice in a modern kitchen, and do stop air getting in so long as the bottle remains upright, but to be honest just jamming the cork back in works far better, and that’s free.

Does what it says...
This bit of kit is great. It'll help keep an opened bottle of wine fresh for much longer than any other sealing device I have used. Essential for saving your opened wine for another day
I all but gave up buying wine until someone bought me one of these. I became frustrated by tipping half a bottle of good red wine down the sink a day after opening it when it had gone off, or feeling that I had to finish the bottle, and so feel worse for drink the day after. This item has changed all that. I no longer have to think about the waste if I just want a glass or two from a bottle. Simply push in the rubber bung and use the pump to suck all the air out. The wine keeps well for at least a week like this, and so is the perfect gizmo, if like me, you are a one or two glass per night regular wine drinker.The bungs are also dishwasher safe and after two years in mine, are still good as new.
It may seem a little pricey for what it is, but considering the wine I have saved over the years, it really has been invaluable.
