Very Poor
Chain tensioner is not up to the job. Very frustrating to use and adjust. Worst piece of kit I every bought. In fact, I wish it would break completely so I could replace it. Safety clutch is a pain in the neck.25

Misleading product information and doesn't start.
I would not recommend this product to anyone.problems I had:
1.
I bought one of these, particularly as it said"electric ignition".
I thought it meant that it starts like a car, you turn a key or press a button. No, you still have to"kickstart" it with the cord and use the choke. Perhaps is just means it lights the spark plug for you- very misleading!
2. It doesn't start. My husband followed the instructions to perfection and re-read and re-read them! He took it back to the shop who replaced it, but the second one had the same problem.
I will not buy any more products from jcb.
