Awesome - the best there is!

What more can I say? This chopping board is as good as it gets. Aside from looking absolutely beautiful its functionality is head and shoulders above anything else I’ve tried and with care will last a lifetime.

Very thick and very heavy, this board simply won’t slip as you chop, no matter how much effort you put into it. The end grain maple looks gorgeous but has many benefits - it won’t dull your blades (an essential when using expensive and very sharp knives)or cause them to skip, like glass boards do and maple has an inherent resistance to bacteria so it’s very hygeinic.

I’ve been using mine regularly for three weeks now and I can barely see a single score in its surface from chopping as the end grain tends to close up around any slight cuts.

The craftsmanship is flawless and has created one of those rare treats - a thing of beauty that’s also very useful. Look after this bad boy and your great grandchildren will be chopping on it in years to come.

Beautiful piece of equipment!

This is a beautiful piece of beech made of excellent wood. Underneath is a stainless steel drawer in which to catch whatever you've chopped. The key to keeping this board looking fantastic and the drawer running smoothly is by oiling it with sunflower oil regularly. This makes it stand out fantastically in your kitchen showing excellent quality!
