I agree with Tyke. This is one for the extreme fryers - a scary contraption. Steam seeps out the sides (cool wall seems non-existent), you can't see through the window and so have to open up the fryer, but when you do, all the condensation from inside the lid drips straight into the hot oil, which crackles and pops alarmingly, spitting out at you. I haven't been hurt yet, but I'm jacking this one in before I am. Let this warn you. I've had enough of this one and am now looking for a replacement.70
