Very good
We are very happy with this product, we use it mainly when our small baby is sick with a cold and it really helps her breathing over night and her nose it not too blocked when using the humidifier a few hours while she sleeps.Would be nice if it had an option not to do just warm but also cold mist. Still a good and useful product.

This is a great product, i have just ordered 2 more units and essences. We have one in the kids room and it really helps to relax, the scents are great they seem to last forever and most of all you can see how well it works as the water changes colour - Try the Eucalyptus essences if you have a cold.5

Very quiet, easy to use, really quick extraction of loads of water out of our 2 bed flat. Easily clearing the condensation off windows far away from where the unit is placed. Very pleased and would recommend!Amazon super saver delivery very speedy.

I was devastated when Goodsphere went into liquidation - the only fragrance I have ever really liked was Tioman. I was delighted when I saw that the Fresh Air Factory had therefore introduced this into their range. On buying it I found that it is nothing like the old goodpshere one - it is very, very weak - I ended up sticking about half a bottle in and still couldn't smell it. If anyone knows of anything which is like the goodsphere tioman, please let me know!8

It certainly does the job, it is extremely quiet and we are delighted with it as it does not take long to get rid of the condensation on all the windows hence no more damp, mould and steamed up windows.11

The helpline to DeLonghi is Kenwood. It takes over 45 mins to get an answer and then the person has to refer to an"engineer" who knows even less about the machine.
The manual is rubbish too - translated from Italian and very short on detail.
I am switching to Amcor!

Bionaire Clean Away Humidifier
Whilst I have had no problems with the humidifier, I would like to make potential buyers aware that you have to replace the water purification filter approximately every 2 - 3 months which you can only buy from the manufacturer at a cost of £7.99 for the BWM5075 model (which I purchased 4 months ago). The Cleaning fluid (which is also only available from the manufacturer) is also expensive in my opinion at £9.99 for a bottle. The bottle supplied with the humidifier has only lasted 4 months. Buyers beware!
