It came well packed and with a remote control and the screws and raw-plugs to put it on the wall. It was easy to do with very good instuction guide with pictures laidout. Id recomend this product and all micromark products. great!.... ok its been ayear, and the fan is still going strong everything works on its remote control and i had two wash it once or twice because of dust, a noise or rattle is begining when its on slow speed and i find im having problems sleeping with the growing rattle. It could be dust or i have failed to put it together right after dusting, But im concerned about it getting louder, Although it does still all work!, and the rattle gos away when you use the faster speeds.....

I order this fan with little knowledge of what it had as there were no reviews to go by, but i ordered it any way because i have had other products from micromark and they are brilliant.It came well packed and with a remote control and the screws and raw-plugs to put it on the wall. So so...
Not a bad fan, quite powerful, if a little noisy (smooth sort of noise tho, not rattly). However just wanted to address another reviewer's opinion on its sturdiness. The base is indeed as sturdy (& stylish) as you'd expect chrome to be, but the plastic housing for the motor is not quite so. In fact mine has conked out after about a month of (occasional) use. If you like this model it's pretty good when it works but don't unplug & move from room to room & maybe live without the oscillation option. Otherwise a cheap plastic fan from woolworths will probably do just as well. Very much in the manufacturer's favour tho, that 3 year warranty, which I'm now looking into...30

This 12 inch fan is pretty powerful. It's got a good solid base so no worries about it being unsteady. The speed dials give it a nice old-fashioned/retro touch. Nice shiny outside.The only minor fault - the fan's not as quiet as promised in the manufacturer's review.
But on the whole, a good product.
