Great Battery

Great battery as you'd expect from Canon - just a pity they have to be so expensive!! I was tempted to buy a compatible as I have had good experience with compatibles with my Canon 400D - Unfortunately though compatibles aren't recognised by the camera so they will show as empty - even though the battery may be fully charged! Hopefully with 2 genuine batteries, I shouldn't need anymore. BTW - This is also compatible with the 7D - for some reason it is never advertised as such.

May seem abit expensive for a battery but from previous experience with camera batteries yoy get what you pay for.

Excellent product again

This charger works exactly as it should, charges in 2 hours, and handily comes with a Car Charger as well as the Home Charger, can't go wrong!

Exactly as you'd expect

Ordered as a spare batter for my digital ixus 50. Works just fine. Have been using it for over a year now. Seems to have decent battery life, same as the battery that came with the camera. Was tempted to buy a"generic brand" imitation, but glad I went with the real thing in the end.

Better batteries...

These Hybrio and other long life batteries really are so much better. They store their charge much longer than ordinary nihms - 80% after one year. Very convenient to just pick up, say, your wireless headphones after a week and use them instead of having to recharge the batteries first.

Don't leave home without one !

These top quality genuine batteries have excellent working life. A spare is essential to avoid the disappointment you will get when the battery in the camera fails. You know it will .... and you know it will be at t he most in-opportune moment. Get one, you won't regret it....Don't and you certainly will !

great service - poor product

service was fast and effecient but product did not live up to expectataion and has gone back for replacement - hopefully the new one willa rrive and work correctly.

What can you say about a rechargeable battery

Recieved promptly, charged it up, popped it in and it works fine. How long it lasts remains to be seen.

Good spare battery, shame the case sold for the camera doesn't have a pcket for the spare battery though!

This battery charger is solid and charges my batteries. So, if you need to replace your charger as I did, this is the charger to buy.

Expensive and worse performance than 7dayshop

Actually the genuine Nikon batteries aren't always the best. Nikon don't make batteries themselves and sub-contract the work to other battery manufacturers. It's worth checking for reviews of EN-EL3E batteries on the web, where you'll find that several much cheaper batteries actually have better performance than the supposed 'genuine' Nikon product. For example the 7dayshop EN-EL3E actually has a capacity of 1620 mAh, whilst Nikon's EN-EL3E is only a 1500 mAh and the 7dayshop product costs only £14.49, delivered.

A great little battery, we have two of these now and they both perform as well as the original, buy these NOT Sony, you can get three of these for the price of one Sony

Excellent Value

I bought two batteries for my daughter. She does a lot of caving and in the past has unfortunately lost spare batteries in the dark conditions in most caves. These good value replacements seem to last longer between charges so lessen the necessity for changing in the dark. Good all round value.

Fantastic and easy

I've absolutely fallen in love with this camera that I have bought recently. It does pretty much everything and is so easy to use. The quality of the images are fantastic and there are alot of different modes to choose from. I can see how this camera would be great for beginners but also great as part of a professional photographers kit.

Poor product

I must have got a bad one. I had it just over a year and then it wouldn't charge any more. My original Canon battery was always far superior and is still going strong.

A bargain - but suitable for all cameras claimed??

I bought one for my 50D and it appears pretty much indistinguishable from the Canon original - so it's a snip at this price.

However, be cautious of the claimed suitability for all the models listed. This battery does definitely NOT fit the 350D, which takes a NB-2L type and is quite different (smaller, different shape, different contact configuration). I have a 350D and I've double-checked. So I'm confused by a previous reviewer who claimed it worked.

Just the job

This was so cheap I thought"what the heck, I'll give it a go". I was pleasantly surprised. Works a treat. Small and light and very useful having a car charger.
