Delivery was by first class mail, however at £4.00 for postage i would expect recorded delivery. The product is as stated and comes with a synthetic material carry case and instructions which are very basic but standard for electronic goods. It works as stated with my Canon EOS 450d Camera. The packaging is sufficient and as standard for amazon market place sellers however the sender is registered as PO Box 461, Epsom, KT17 9AD so any returns will be to an anonymous PO Box, also if you do have to return the product it will be at your expense. However the cost of this product is unmatcheable and certainly best for value in its class on amazon market place as of 08/07/08.Hope this was helpful.

Exelent, Cheaper by £20 from Fujifilm the makers of the camera
I was quoted £30 for this item from Fujifilm and also that I would have to wait as they did not have it in stock (their newest camera)so I went online and discovered this seller listing the same item at £9.99. The charger arrived very quickly and was packaged extremely well it worked perfectly.
