Defective goods
I ordered 5 packs of these banana plugs and 2 of the packs had been incomplete in their manufacture- they simply didn't have the hole or screw which is used to hold the speaker cable in the plug.So, you might think this isn't too bad- just return them... Do you know how difficult it is too return goods that Amazon deem 'non-Amazon' products? Nightmare!! I mean I know it's only UK Sterling 8.60 but still- where's the customer service? I'm sure I am covered by my statutory rights so won't give up.
The 3 packs which were manufactured correctly are OK though.
