Olympus 2Gb XD Picture Card

Using this on a Fuji S5000 at the moment. Permits a phenomenal number of shots at highest resolution (1000+)
Only problem is with downloading. my 8 in 1 card reader will not recognise that there is data on the card and wants to format the card in some odd way ! Have had to use USB from camera- which works ok.

Fits the Lumix TZ5 - just

I got this as part of the deal when buying the Lumix DMC-TZ5. It fits the camera and a memory card, just. Ideal if you just need a bit of protection, but don't expect to fit any other accessories in the case. I've bought the Apex 30AW for my holiday (I need to carry a spare battery and the raincover will be useful on the the beach), but the Ridge 20 will suffice for day trips. Great if free, but there are better cases for a couple of quid more.

A bit too big for slim portable HDs

It looks nice etc., but this pouch is for"slim" hard drives (HDs) from the past. This is not something you can put in your pocket, as it is too big. There is a pocket inside for a USB cord, but it is also too big. One can put two or three cords in there. Since I myself have a slim HD from Western Digital (WD), I would call it - a pouch for two portable HDs from WD. Besides, HD is NOT held securely, as the pocket is too big for my WD, so HD can wobble in 2 dimensions if a force is applied. There is a stretchable band inside that is supposed to hold HD at the top, but it just only toching it rather preventing HD from falling out than holding it tight. I ended up putting more things in the pouch to use a space inside efficiently and hold the hard drive more tight. It is also tricky to connect HD while it is in the pouch, so you have to take it out. Not the most advanced and handy construction. I understand that one can not make something absolutely universal, for all portable HDs. But if you want something handy, small and secure just for your slim HD from Western Digital, this pouch is not perfect al all. It is just to carry HD + USB cord + accessories in the same place in your backpack.

good case

after reading the reveiws on this case I bought one for my"little" camera (an ixus 75 ) and yes it does switch the video on but thats not really a problem.......its a tight fitting case that keeps the camera safe.......as a biker its great for me as it fits on my belt and doesn't fly open.....great case , good fit , buy it!!!!!

For W series

Although it is originally designed for T series but I got this case for my Sony W80, It fits well. Enough padding and small pocket in front for an extra card or battery.

simply wonderful for my new olympus E510 twin lense set ..

i have just purchased the olympus E510 this week and it fits perfectly insde the lowepro 160 , including the charger and all of the rest including the instructions , i searched everywhere for an ideal camera bag and i spotted this one and i read all of the customers excellent reviews so i bought this lowepro rezo 160 camera bag , its not bulky and its just perfect , and very pratical , it will fit all of your camera or video camera essential's inside it ..

i bought this camera bag for under £14.00 all of the other camera bags i looked at cost 3 or 4 times that ..

Perfect for canon ixus 950 IS

After reading various reviews to find the perfect case for my canon ixus 950, I decided to go for this one. Although its not actually stated in the title of this product, this case IS suitable for the 950IS, and says so on the packaging of this case.

I think this is a lovely fit for my camera - not too tight (like some) and not too loose either. Its good quality leather, lightly padded, and I think the 'purse' style is quite cute (my opinion anyway).

5 stars....because I'm very happy with this product and glad I chose this one for my canon ixus 950IS!!!

Worth having but treat with care...

My wife and I have two '20' series TomToms with cases. Yes, they are a snug fit but 6 months on, the zips are still intact and the cases good protection. Ideally sized to slip into pockets/bags etc.

Just a shame they didn't come as standard with the TomTom itself!

Fits Panasonic FZ18 beautifully

If you are looking for a case to carry the Panasonic FZ18 then this may be the case for you.

The official DMW-CZS7 case for the Panasonic FZ18 Camera is impossible to buy in the UK (Even Panasonic UK cannot get it). This Lowepro Apex 100AW is a great alternative, and is probably of better quality than the official case.

Tough material, super padding, integrated rain cover and it comes with an integrated top carry handle, integrated belt loop and a clip on shoulder strap.

Will fit : The camera with its lens cap fitted plus a spare battery and a SHDC card reader.

Won't fit : The camera with mounting ring fitted (Mounting ring used to fit the lens hood)

So in summary, if you want a case for the camera and lens cover you can't go wrong with the Lowpro Apex 100AW

Watch Out Long Lens

For the stock lens range its perfect however if you intend to fit a 55-200mm or any other long range lens then don't bother. It's such a tight fit that you have to force the thing in. Furthermore no space for extra lenses just enough space for caps, 2 backup batteries and basic cleaning kit in the pouch.

If like me you intend to store the stock 18-55mm, 50mm and 55-200mm lenses then go for the Minolta MB-1 SLR System Padded Gadget Bag or Lowepro Rezo 190 Shoulder Bag. Both are on special offer and will serve your future upgrading needs, the lowepro has the added"All Weather Cover" for protection.

Great little case

This is a great little case for all Sony Camera owners out there. It's soft enough to protect your delicate camera and yet tough enough to protect it from the elements. It does exactly as it says really. I'm curruntly using it for my Sony Cybershot DSC-W55 and have to say it protects it really well, doesn't leave any scratches or marks on the camera at all. It fastens with a velcro tab and has a small zipped compartment on the front for a spare battery or memory card. Overall, a great product and well worth the money. Much better value than other unofficial camera cases available. Plain, simple and good value for money.

A triumph of form over function

I bought this with my new G9, mainly to wear on my belt, because I had a superb Canon non-leather soft case with my Powershot S50.
On the first trip abroad the belt loop on the DCC-600 came half away from the case at the top - there was only one row of stitching to hold it on. Doh!
The case is also rather"boxy" and not very soft, with the result that it catches on things when worn on the belt. The camera sits in the case rather loosely, and the magnetic clasp does not give any real sense of security. There is no space allocated for a spare battery or other little bits and bobs like a lens cleaning cloth.
I don't think the case was designed by anyone who wanted to use it, particularly on a belt - it might be OK if you want to wear the camera on its strap around your neck - then the security is handled by the strap and not the case.
I returned the broken case for a refund within 2 weeks of delivery and am now looking at Samsonite and others.

Classy Case

Got this case for my Canon Ixus 80. Just like everyone else has said, it is a snug fit...perfect in my view and it has a really classy feel to it. Delighted with it.

Slingshot 300- excellent day-trip bag

I wasn't convinced that a single diagonal strap would be comfortable, but after a little adjusting it is surprising how well the system works. I bought the 300 at a guess, as the magazines don't give a real idea of the size of the various models. I have seen the 100 and it was far too small for my toys, so opted for the larger of the collection. It will take my Sony Alpha 700 and six lenses with ease. And the bag is wide enough to take the camera with my 500 mm lens attached - ideal for transporting all of the equipment as hand-luggage on flights as I can then get all of my lenses into one bag.
The bag is very well constructed, with thick padding and high-quality stitching throughout. Wearing it for several hours has not been a problem, although for long days out there is not enogh space to carry much more than a bottle of water and a small snack. For more serious days out hiking I will probably stick to my Orion Trekker backpack as the additional compartment is larger, although the camera is not as accessible as it is with the Slingshot system.
Although not waterproof it stands up perfectly well to occasional showers without using the additional cover concealed in the base. This slip-on cover is attached to the bottom of the bag, which means you won't lose it. However it does mean you may have to re-store it wet when no longer required as it can't be detached to allow it to dry out.
As it is the largest of the Slingshot bags the temptation of course is to load as much as possible into it, and as it can hold so much this can become quite heavy.

THE PERFECT PARTNER.

Having just purchased a new Sony compact camcorder (DCR-SR range) I wanted to get a case that was not an obvious thief magnet and offered quality affordable protection. With the price difference so little between genuine Sony and independent case manufacturers I decided to go with the genuine article.
I have not had it long but it is well padded with a discrete small pocket, useful for a small battery or filter and the zips and clip seems good quality.
When fully closed the top is very well protected with the sides zipped shut and an additional flap over the top. It would have to be very wet indeed to ingress water into the fully closed case.
The only negative side I found, and this was TOTALLY my fault and no reflection on the product, was when I purchased a wide angle extension lens, it made the case a very tight fit, but I did get one of the physically biggest lenses!
All in all, a great little case.

Why?

Looked like a cracking little case for my Olympus until it arrived and I realised it doesn't actually have a top on it, so one end of the camera will stick out and be beholden to whatever the elements throw at it. This probably suits diving, but is hardly ideal for walking clifftops, beaches or country side as the camera is liable to get bashed about a fair bit. The whole point of buying a case is surely to protect it??? Also, the velcro fastening which is supposed to hold the camera in the case is positioned to one side, meaning your camera will often work loose. My view - there are far better and cheaper generic cases out there. Only buy this if you intend to take it diving / sailing / windsufing.

Great value leather case

Very impressed with this leather camera case, excellent value for money.
The photo doesn't really do it justice, my S9600 stows away just fine & I can even fit a compact in the front pocket as well. Plenty room for spare batteries & memory cards.
