Ok when it played
We had great difficulty getting this to pay DVDs at all. The only way it would work was by resetting it to factory settings every time we used it and then going through the setup programme. Once we switched off it forgot the settings. Also, it would only play region 2 DVDs. Some, but not all, Jpeg CDs would play and it was fine for music CDs. I think the problem probably lay with the modification to multi-region rather than the manufacturer. Panasonic's customer care leaves something to be desired - they took three weeks to reply to my query and refused help because of the modification to multi-region. However, Amazon have refunded in full. We are looking for a replacement but are now wary of modified players.
