We ordered this from internet fires direct. We ordered on a Sunday afternoon. Received on Thursday morning. Not quite next day delivery but for an electric fire this did not matter very much.slight glitch in that the emailled order confirmation did not have the order details.

Delonghi Garda Electric Fuel Effect Fire
The heater only worked once (approx 2 weeks after delivery by Amazon). It has been with a Delonghi authorised repair centre since end Jan 07 (it was purchased beginning of Jan 07). The heater requires a new on/off switch. In spite of emailing both Amazon and Delonghi I have had no contact from either. The product has a 12 month guarantee, 3 months of which has now expired. I have paid £109.99 for faulty goods which neither the seller or the manufacturer will take responsibility for. I will NEVER purchase such a large item from Amazon again.
