Lack of support ruins a great product

We've been really happy with Panda Internet Security for over a year - it's easy to use and we felt secure that it was protecting our computer. However, recently the Automatic protection failed leaving our computer vunerable to attack. I spent hours on the phone to Panda when I was home for a week and eventually they sent a new disk.I reinstalled it several times but the problem persists. I'm now back at work and can't phone premium lines in working hours, the mobile phone cuts off before they answer and they DO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS!!! 3 weeks and NO REPLY to ANY of my emails! If I ring them in the evening I'm told to ring in office hours as I don't have 24 hour telephone support. Even the best anti-virus software can get caught out by new viruses but I feel totally let down by Panda. Great product - shame about the support.
