Review for Super Mario Bros (Nes Classics GBA):
For those who suggest you cannot save/continue, they obviously haven't been playing long enough to remember 2 old cheats :)
On the title screen, hold down 'B' and press Start. Bob's your Uncle, it magically starts off from the beginning of the last world you were in! (ie 4-1, 6-1)
If you don't want to use this, use the Warp Cheat - on World 1-2, at the end of the level, jump onto the platforms that move downwards, and instead of jumping off towards the pipe, jump at the very top of the screen, on top of the layer of bricks underneath the score board. Just run all the way to the right, Bob's your Uncle again... its the warp area!
Their is also the 'Minus Area' which I actually haven't tried yet on this version. Basically, it was originally a glitch in the game that took you to a completely new underwater level called World -1. To try it, on World 1-2 again (and as Super of Fire Mario) go to the pipe at the end of the level. Jump on top of the pipe. At the end of it, hit the block that is directly above the end of it to destroy it. Now the tricky part..... Walk right to the edge of the pipe. Crouch down. And try to with the pad jump upwards, but at the same time move Mario to the right of the screen, aiming for the area of bricks above the pipe furthest to the right (where the pipe intercepts the wall). What you're trying to do is get mario to squeeze in between the wall magically! You'll know if you've done it right because Mario floats across the wall into the Warp Area. Go down the pipe in the new area, you have World -1.
Thanks, tom

Review for Super Mario Bros (Nes Classics GBA):
Addicitive fun, if a little over-priced
This should be an essential game for your Gameboy, but more appreciated by those who played it during their childhood, like me. It poses some fantastic challenges and very cleverly worked enemy placements, so that when you go to jump somewhere, their will always be something in your way! Such little challenges appear in and out, but the real sense of achievement is at World 8-1, the last world. For those who suggest you cannot save/continue, they obviously haven't been playing long enough to remember 2 old cheats :)

Great Game, Great price on amazon.co.uk. This game is another thrilling adventure of the partnership of mario & luigi. The best mario game that i have had the pleasure to own. A must buy for all gamers. Gameplay 100%, but even with a not so brilliant storyline this is a truly fantastic game.45

a massive dissapointment
i bought this game and i was so excited i couldn't wait. well it was so boring ! at first it was fun for about 10 minutes then i turnt it off the cats are very cute obviously but the rest was a let down. i had been given some mony to buy a gba game cos even though i got a ds and psp and ps2 and gbc and pc i still thoroughly enjoy the gba. i think it has let the gba down. it was just too simple. i like a game that's a bit more challenging. pls if your searching for a first gba game don't get catz. maybe dogz is better, i don't know. i ain't gonna try. it was a rip off. £25 from game. it won't even worth £15. just think what your doing.46

Sonic Advance 3
Sonic is back in his newest GBA hit. The newest option is the multiple character choice. It is a bit complicated, however, as duos unlock certain powers, like when you hve Amy with you, which unlock everyone's Hammer Attack. Another thing is you can access the levels, boss attacks and bonus levels from sort of a special road outside the game, in each zone. This time, Eggman has used the chaos Emeralds to split the world into seven parts, and he's seeking to make each his own empire, and it's Sonic's time again to send him back to where he came from (you'd know the drill by know!). The bosses can be hard, especially in Zone 4, so I hope that a Strategy Guide comes out soon!48

Pacmania!
Having previously owned an old Acorn computer and a version of the old Pacman game, I was so pleased to see that when I bought my brand new Game Boy Advance that I could but a new version. I have long been searching for a decent PC version, but failed to find one. The Advance game is superb. Not only does it have the great Pacmania version, but also three other games included. The puzzle game is like a simple Tetris game, and even the very simple arcade version is great fun and highly addictive! It was a great choice as my first game, but I haven't been able to put it down. I am determined to beat those ghosts in the end!!!52

Review for Spyro 2: Season of Flame (GBA):
spyro returns with a much better adventure than the first
After playing seasons of Ice, I didn't think they could do any better, but they have. The graphics are much better, theres more characters and the levels are much much better. I thought seasons of Ice was very difficult and I still haven't completed it, even though i got it last year. Seasons of Flame is so much easier and probably more suitable for younger children. The story goes that all of the dragons in the dragon realms have had their flame breath frozen so they can only breathe Ice. So Spyro has to find all the fireflies so they can breathe fire yet again. When it comes to choosing between the two, I would definitely go for seasons of flame. Its more entertaining and once you have completed it once you can start all over again!!!!57

Mario Golf:Advance tour
Mario Golf:Advance tour is the first Mario golf in the series on the Game boy Advance. It is a spectacular game giving you the control of many of Nintendos characters including the one and only Super Mario. There are also plenty of different courses to get you into the game.It is an amassing game seeing as i own it and I would recomend for any one to buy it.It is great for playing at the bus station or even in the office.Truely a good game.59
Review for Postman Pat: The Greendale Rocket (GBA):
The game plays pretty much like an old platformer. Collect letters and parcels, jump from here to there. In between these platform levels are a few mini-games along the lines of collect the raindrops or fly a kite. There are also a few driving bits which are very much like those in the Noddy Gameboy Advance game. Not surprising really when you think this game is made by the same people.
Buy or not to buy? The game contains a few glitches and bugs which can be a bit frustrating. The music is poor and although the graphics are colourful, it must be said that even as a budget game it is hardly worth 15 pounds for 90 minutes of very average fun.

No Greendale rocket
It only took my son about 90 minutes to complete this game and he wasn't very happy. There are no Greendale Rocket levels or mini-games. great for kids, but too easy for most.
I bought a GBA yesterday and got Finding Nemo with it. About 3 hours later I had completed the whole game and even went back just to complete the gallery collection. I was quite disappointed because it was just too easy. I think it would be great for kids though, and the graphics were quite impressive and colourful.
