Why do these games get released? It is full of bugs, freezing and making it unplayable. Very frustrating.4
Review for Mario Kart (Wii):
The graphics are great and play is fast and furious. There are enough tracks and battle grounds for hours of fun even in one sitting.
This is by far the best game I have brought to date for multiplayer fun and and equal first place for individual fun with mario galaxy.

Brilliant game, bought November 2007, I never thought I would stick with a console game as long as this, my son started me off and I couldnt put it down and now three of us in the family are playing everyday, you can do as little as two games (to get your stamp) or more. Recommended7

Review for Gran Turismo 5 Prologue (PS3):
OK lets start with the positives Graphically the game is beautiful and the replays are stunning Even the menu, Garage and so on look really good. Im also glad to say the Music tracks are good and added to the game. So far so good then if this review was based on graphics id give it 5out of 5 it is a looker and graphically it beats anything out there but there's an old saying"Looks aren't everything".
Heres the problems horizontal graphical tearing in places and some slowdown I especially noticed this on the Eiger Nordwand course when a few cars are going round one of its tight bends. Not good but not a big problem but perhaps it will be a bigger problem if damage detail is added for the full game.
I soon had a black Ford GT concept car lots of power and it looks great as do all the other cars I had in my garage. But how did they handle? I usually play with the behind car view on Forza2 and Project Gotham 4 but in Gran Turismo concept it seems to far away and high up making the car look rather small I found driving with the behind the car view almost impossible the slightest jerk on the left analogue stick sent the car into a very unrealistic spin as if the car was on ice and at other times if it hit a wall for example it bounced as if made of rubber. . I changed to the in car view it looks good and did help a little.
The AI is poor and as in previous games the other cars stick rigidly to their lines you can almost tell what they are going to do. This doesn't make for exciting racing and at times it can be boring. There are no pit stops I found this disappointing although it is just a demo. My own honest opinion is that GT Prologues AI and car handling is nowhere near as good as Forza 2 and Project Gothams more fun .
There is no damage whereas Forsa 2 is a joy to race online GT Prologue is no better than a game of bumper cars. For game play it is a 3 out of 5 at best its not good and not really much fun. Having spent so much money I do feel let down but its not the worst racing game and it is stunning to look at it.
If only the gameplay was up to the graphics standards it would be superb as it is Forsa 2 is a better and more realistic racing experience and it looks like Race Driver grid will also be better than Prologue. Gran Turismo prolouge is like a gorgeous looking woman who sadly hasn't got a great personality. A mixed bag, Disappointing !

Review for Gran Turismo 5 Prologue (PS3):
Looks aren't everything
I bought a Playstation 3 especially for this game, I have owned all the previous Gran Turismos right back to the PS1 so I couldn't resist this one. I have an Xbox 360 and do own Project Gotham 4 and Forza 2 but I bear no allegiance to any console or games company unless they want to pay me for being a fan boy. What i want is a great racing game I don't care what console plays it or who makes it. Having seen the screens and videos I was impressed and decided I would spend my hard earned cash on a PS3 and GT Prologue and when I got it up and going on my HD TV running at 1080P my hopes were sky high.OK lets start with the positives Graphically the game is beautiful and the replays are stunning Even the menu, Garage and so on look really good. Im also glad to say the Music tracks are good and added to the game. Maybe the best Nintendo console ever made!
This is just amazing. Anyone between the age of 5-100 would love it! Its got so many games to choose from, and the touch screen is really, really useful. I doesn't just play DS games it also plays GBA (Game boy Advance) games. I would reccommend: Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games, New Super Mario Bros., Metroid Hunters and Brothers in Arms DS. It's really great! All i can say is : BUY IT BUY IT BUY IT BUY IT BUY IT!!!!!!14

Review for Wii Fit (Wii):
If you are considering the Wii Fit because you want to lose some weight, or tone up, or improve your fitness, then I can say without fear that this WILL provide you with all you need to achieve your goal. Whatever your current activity level, Wii Fit has something to help you improve.
I was concerned that perhaps this would be a 'token gesture' of a fitness game. It isn't. This is the real thing and Nintendo should be congratulated on not just throwing out a quick fitness gimmick, but on taking the time to really cover all aspects of fitness.
Not only have I used this every day, but I wake up looking forward to my next shot! I spend time working on my posture and balance - which is built into some great games but which are also very insightful, and a bit of an eyeopener. The Balance Board is so well created that, in seconds, it was able to tell a friend of mine that he slouches, has terrible posture, and explained exactly what he was doing wrong, and how he could correct it. It was absolutely bang on.
I then spend time doing some aerobic activity, like jogging, hula hoops (great for the hips, thighs, and bum), and step dance. This lot will have you sweating every bit as much as a trip to the gym. But it's great fun too!
I can then spend some time on toning up with the help of my personal trainer. And to cool down, I do some yoga... something I have never even considered before but which I'm enjoying. The board is so sensitive that it really ensures you achieve the correct technique.
This is a real workout, every bit as productive as a trip to the gym. I have a gym membership and, when I manage to drag myself up there, I do enjoy it. The problem is I don't drag myself up there enough. Maybe I've only a couple of hours before I start work; maybe it's rush hour and I can't be bothered getting stuck in traffic; maybe it's raining. There's always a reason not to go.
The beauty of Wii Fit is it's waiting for you, right in your livingroom, whenever you want it. It's fun, it's inventive, it's personal and gives real time feedback. Forget the gym. Forget your workout video. Wii Fit WILL get you into shape, and you'll love every second!

Does this spell the end for the gym???
Well, I've had my Wii Fit for a week now and I'm still as hooked. Infact, as you unlock more features the more you use it, I'm even MORE impressed than I was when I got it, and that's saying something! If you are considering the Wii Fit because you want to lose some weight, or tone up, or improve your fitness, then I can say without fear that this WILL provide you with all you need to achieve your goal. Review for Pro Evolution Soccer (Wii):
Positioning your players and making player of the ball run is a good idea and takes some skill but the dribbling, shooting and passing at seems a little to easy with not enough skill involved.

Fun with a mate maybe
I've read a lot of good reviews for this but I have to admit I didn't really enjoy this game, its to easy even on the harder settings, the graphics are poor and like the other Pro Evo games I'm not keen on the made up leagues and cups, I know it doesn't bother some people but I like all the leagues and teams licensed.Positioning your players and making player of the ball run is a good idea and takes some skill but the dribbling, shooting and passing at seems a little to easy with not enough skill involved.

Quite a good game but way over-hyped!
After reading all the reviews for this game and it being out of stock everywhere for so long I was really looking forward to playing it. It's certainly not the worst game around but it's def not the best either. It doesn't live up to it's hype. Forgetting how much it's been built up it's an average game with quite a few bad points as others have pointed out.18
Review for SIXAXIS Wireless Controller (PS3):
the ps1 and ps2 controllers were good hard reliable pieces of kit and i really rated them as such but the sixaxis is different. I dont enjoy it, it is like it wants to fight what i want to (including smashing it).

Review for Xbox 360 Console (20 GB Hard Drive):
Apart from that issue however, it is an amazing console. The graphics are incredible on my 4 year old 15inch LCD monitor and I imagine to them to be much better on any other HD televisions. The Xbox live service is truly fantastic, very reliable, quick and easy IMO. The games are more a matter of opinion, if you don't like shooters then you might do best to avoid this console. However if you do it is THE console to get. You can also download some very cool arcade games and also HD movies (though it must be said, choice is limited here). You do need a rather expensive ad on for wireless, but apart from that it is hard to find fault with the console. If you are thinking about getting one, go for it. You won't regret it.

Review for Xbox 360 Console (20 GB Hard Drive):
Be prepared
Well for many things with the console really, but mainly the sheer unreliability of the thing. The majority of 360 consoles have broken at somepoint from their apparently terrible build quality but there you go. I think every one of them now comes with a 3 year warranty now though so you should be fine if you do buy one.Apart from that issue however, it is an amazing console. Review for Remote Charging Stand (Wii):
The unit arrived on time as per all my purchases from good old Amazon, and well packaged. I had mixed feelings at first of giving this ago, as people reported that the controllers where / stopped working etc. This might be due to insisting that the consol is turned off to stand-by when not in use. However we have had this going for about 6 to 8 months without any issues, the batteries where easily installed they charged up through the USB socket at the rear of the Wii consol (but only when it is not in stand-by mode) which to be quiet honest is not an issue, as my kids and all their mates that come around have not had the batteries fail or be in a fully discharged state not enabling them to play on the consol. The unit matches the colour of the Wii consol and with the added benefit of allowing the hand units to be stored away neatly when not in use.
To sum it up over the last months of use we have not had any issues, it charges the hand sets with out any problems ensuring that they are fully operational for play time, batteries fitted without any problems, looks great and for the money you can't go wrong, five starts

Grand Theft Auto Phwoor !!!
What can I say about this game that hasn't been said already.Ordered on the Evening of Wednesday 23 Arrived Wednesday 30.
I had a few Problems at first Namely the game being dark and hard to see, but after a quick look at the menu I was able to adjust the contrast which improved things greatly.
Graphically this game is fantastic you see everything run someone over and you get a blood splat on the car. The people move and behave in a very realistic way, get into a fight and they will join in or call the police on there Mobiles.
Dating and taking friends out is greatly Improved no more Guessing where to take your Girlfriend she will suggest somewhere nice.
The stealing of Parked cars is now a touch harder making escapes that bit more fun, Niko has to break the window then hot wire the engine adding that little bit more realism.
Get lost easily well worry not every car comes with an easy GPS Sat Nav System giving you helpful directions to your chosen destination. A very handy Inclusion because remember real men don't ask for directions.
All in All a Top Notch game, well worth shelling out Forty Quid for I can guarantee you will not be disappointed.
Just one last thing keep away from the kids, I am seriously thinking about buying another XB0X Just to play this game (currently using the kids when they are not about).
