Super Duper

I ordered this item a few weeks ago and recently received it. This is really working a treat and i am very grateful that not only is it a great bit of kit, but also that it seems to be compatible with anything i plug it into. Not too sure about some of these other ratings, but i have had no problems what so ever.

Great Little Earphones

Creative have produced some great electricals over the years and these are yet another great addition to their catalogue.

coming with 3 different sizes of soft rubber ear-plugs to fit just about any shape & size of ear. These plugs also have the added advantage of some very good noise cancelling - even before I turned my ipod on I couldn't hear anything going on around me.

Like the creative head-sets I've had over the years, these earphones have great sound quality and a good deep bass which alot of cheap earphones don't have.

Overall, these are a very high quality set of earphones with a very sensible price-tag.

Ruined my phone

This product when i put it in my mobile completely ruined it. I am not impressed and think that any one who does now buy this should consider the cost of a new mobile as well if thats what it is to be used for!

Sandisk are the best

Have numerous Sandisk memory products for many years and they have never gone wrong. Sandisk in my opinion are the best without a doubt.

Scandisk micro SD card 8Gb

......... You can't buy better than Scandisk, there are cheaper ones, but, are they reliable? Why not pay that little bit more and get peace of mind!

Was ok, but didn't last long

Does what it said on the tin. Useful little USB adaptor. Problem is I can't read / delete from it any more, as if it's locked in some way. Can still read files from it though.

Incompatiblity with SD card readers

You may need a 'micromate USB sdhc adapter', or equivalent generic adapter, if you want to transfer to and from a PC and the memory at high speed (I get around 4Mbps writing and around 10Mbps reading sustained speeds with a generic SDHC compatible USB adapter).

Many SD card readers, even the USB 2.0 ones I have that are less than a year old, do not support SDHC.

The SD card adapter supplied is only a physical form factor adapter it has no electronic communications adaptation capability.

Without a 'micromate' USB adapter, or equivalent, expect problems of locking up explorer and an unrecognised card in MS Windows computer-browser when the SDHC-card in the supplied SD-form-factor adapter is inserted into an SD-card-reader that does not support SDHC. (I found simply removing the card from an incompatible reader unlocked 'computer browser' from hanging, on MS Vista).

Otherwise connect a compatible phone, sound recorder, camera etc with the SDHC card installed in the device, via USB, or other communications transfer hardware, for useable, if potentially slow, transfers. I get read speeds of around 200kbps using this transfer method.

Rating Would have been 5 stars if this information was published and easy to find.

Cheap and cheerful

Absolutely fine for the money. With the case in place, the hold button becomes a little difficult to access unless you have little fingers - otherwise no probs.

Good sound but not loud enough

The headphones were excellent value. I found the quality of the sound to be pretty good with excellent clarity. However, I wanted to use them on the train to work but found that they let too much sound in and were not loud enough to hear the music clearly throughout my journey. The cable is also rather long which is not always ideal.

Canon Pixma 610 All in One Device

The product is extremely well packaged and presented. Both Hardware and Software setup was logical and quick. However, after only 3 days of light use, the device presented an Error which required it to be returned to the factory - Not an uncommon occurence on this model. In 12 months, it has been returned 3 times. The fault has now occured again outside of the 12 month Warranty and must be returned to a Canon repair centre. Both the Canon support and printer reliability of this model has been severely below the standards I expected of Canon. I simply would not recommend this device to anyone as the error is known fault which in the interests of customer service and satisfaction should have been dealt with through a product recall.

sony walkman

i bought this for mainly for my sony walkman to use on holiday because i don't want to take my macbook with me. it is just the job for the walkman nwz . small and very light. it has a red led that lets you know you it has power to it. it dose not indicate that it has finished charging . i tried it on ps3 controller to see if i could charge that when the console is not on . no joy. Haft the price of sony branded plug for the walkman . i am about as happy as you can get about a plug.

Seems genuine enough!

Bought this from a reseller at the same time as buying one and an adaptor from Amazon directly.

Both seem genuine SanDisk products. Yet to be tested but comparing it to the Amazon supplied card the packaging looks to be proper SanDisk.

Only gripe I would have is that you pretty much get a free adaptor if you buy from Amazon directly as the postage brings the price up to pretty much what Amazon charge for the adaptor and card.

Don't be put off by the price

Please don't be put off by the low price of these HDMI cables. I ordered 2 of these to use with a Sony Bravia and Home Cinema System and they work perfectly. You can buy HDMI cables that cost nearly 10 times this and come in fancy moulded plastic case but don't bother wasting your money, just get these instead.

Great Value!

I wasn't sure about this cable as it was so cheap! but you can really tell the difference compared to the conventional scart cable, don't waste your money on HDMI cables costing £10 and up,this does the job.

It's OK

Been using about 6 months now

Always had Philips DECT sets before - but Panasonic seem to get rave reviews so i bought these as their latest model

- Looks a lot nicer than old Panas but not as nice as Philips

- Looks substantial but actually feels lot less substantial (quite plasticky)

- Colour screen is OK - but not all that - and includes just 4 boring wallpapers - no chance to import new ones

- 15 or so ringtones of which about 3 are usable - no chance to import new tones

- Address book is not shared automatically (unlike Philips) and you need to manually share any new entries

- Caller list only includes missed calls? - can't remember how to retreive last dialled but it is in there somewhere

+ handset is a decent size

++ big plus is that when you're already in a call, other handsets can join in the call just by picking it up, like a proper wired telephone you dont have to learn any secret handshakes

- 6 months in and the handsets have started making a very low 'chugging' sound like a steam train in the distance - it's very, very quiet but guaranteed to irritate & i had to remove them from my bedroom and computer room

- Overall I found them quite pedestrian (very boring) & will be going back to Philips

I find it quite strange how many features are crammed into my mobile (10th of the size) that are absent in DECT phones generally

Fake ipod headphones

First of all these are not the official apple ipod headphones! They are actually worse than the real ipod headphones that come initially with the ipod! They are much more uncomfortable than official ipod headphones and have terrible base. They are not worth the money at all.

Another excellent quality product from SanDisk

I have now brought 3 of these from various sources (finding best deal at the time). As they are one of the only cards that my Canon IXUS 900 seems to like. Previous cards I have used and only the first part of the images are saved, the rest pure black. However these cards have much faster write speeds allowing pictures to be saved far faster, even at the full 10 million pixels and continous shooting several photos per second.

It worked a treat with my k810i, instantly recognized, theres not much more you can say about a memory card is there? It came with first class, on the next working day, i was really impressed.
