Good Strimmer
This model strimmer is pretty good. I have given it a lower star rating because of the line that it gobbles up. Perhaps I'm using it wrongly but I have quite a problem with it snapping the line and self feeding. Therefore the line has been used within a few weeks. Putting that aside it is great. The battery lasts for the whole of my garden which is roughly the size of a tennis court. Charging does not take long. It's lighweight and robust. I would not go back to electric cable dragging around the garden.5

It's a great idea, cordless and no string to mess with - but the battery won't last and the"widgets" you use instead of string are a hassle to buy. Don't waste your money.

Absolutely Useless!
I wish I had never bought this and instead bought a petrol 2-stroke trimmer. I do not know what runs out first: the silly plastic blades or the battery. If I am lucky I get about 20 minutes worth of battery to 2 blades. On the box power is given in distance - what use is that! You need to know how many minutes you've got before the battery is flat. Perhaps someone could make metal blades to last longer. Or have I got extra tough grass. Do not buy!!12

Strimmers are wonderful tools that do a great job, while they are working. This is my fourth strimmer in six years and at the moment this one seems to be working well.
However the amount of frustration I have suffered with past strimmers feeding and re-feeding line, untangling large birds nests of nylon line etc. has made me very wary.
This one feels as though it has ample power to do the job and has the added bonus that it can also be used as an edge trimmer for the lawn. It is also adequate for the taller person, like myself and at the moment is behaving itself quite well. Time will tell.
