Avoid like the plague

This is a woeful product. The quality is appalling.

It comes with a stupid metal screw on the back that you can not remove without taking a sharp knife and cutting the 'leather' to make a huge hole in it. You might be thinking why remove it? The reason is if you leave this case on any surface it will scratch whatever its placed on.

You can cover the screw with a massive clip which is half the size of an ipod...... brilliant eh ?!!!

A waste of money

Eagerly anticipating the release of the new ipod touch, I was also eager about buying a case to protect it and prolong its future life. The case is specific to the new touch and allows for the new curved back and side volume control buttons. The case also, I found, didn't affect the sound quality from the built in speaker at the bottom of the unit. The case is made of two parts, allowing easy connection to docking stations, so you can slide the bottom off easily. Suprisingly, the case also comes with 2 screen protectors, which I didn't expect, but even better value for money. Although I did have trouble putting them on smoothly; but do recommend a couple of minutes to do it carefully and properly and you shouldn't have a problem. All in all, the best ipod case I've seen so far, and certainly very well priced.

Think Twice

If you are thinking of buying this item for your ipod touch, you better think twice because it doesn't fit properly on the ipod touch. what a waste of money =(

Superb bargain

As a new iPod owner I quickly found out that - as everyone had told me - they are prone to scratching. So needed a case (although I can't believe, considering the price Apple don't provide one in the price!). I wanted a case that had a clip, so I could use it at the gym, but that was cheap too. The official cases were too expensive and all those on eBay were from Hong Kong and didn't have great feedback. So, good old Amazon had what I needed! The case is simple, good quality and does what it says on the tin. The flip top closes with a hidden magnet, the iPod fits perfectly and the clip can be easily removed so it's also slim enough to slip in your pocket. Perfect!

Highy satisfied!

Very happy with my ipod nano case. Good quality, all-round protection for my nice new nano and easy to use. Can't go wrong with this ipod case :)

Wanted to like them

As ideas go, I thought iPod tubes were pretty hot. Pity about reality.

In principle: they protect your iPod nano and add a range of nice, interchangeable colours beyond the one your purchased.

In practice: the 'protection' element is limited, since the tubes don't protect the nano's easily scratched screen (probably the most vulnerable part) at all. Further, the colour change factor only really works for G1 white nanos/ at a pinch G2 silver nanos... for other colours of device these are pretty much a dud as an exterior colour-changing accessory.

Smart

Bit pricey but pretty handsome. Has holes in all the right places for the 2nd gen touch, and can access whole screen. There's a cutout in the leather above the screen (considerably larger than the dot shown in the photo) - assume this is for the light sensor(?). Not too tight a fit so you can get the thing out if you want to without fighting with it, but secure when it's in there. Magnetic closer that keeps the screen protected when it's in your bag etc.

Gorgeous accessory

I got this item recently but in the blue and it's a really nice quality case that looks really girly. It comes with a wrist lanyard but has space to attach a carabiner if you wanted to be able to clip it onto your bag/jeans. Would recommend this item as it's practical, good quality and looks good, too!

Good accessory worthy of the Ipod

After looking online at dozens of ipod cases including several tantalizingly cheaper ones I decided that my ipod is worthy of an equally high-quality accessory. The reviews of other cases also suggested that it was safer to invest £5 more and get a reliable product. This leather cover case really ticks all the boxes: good quality (material, stitching, design), the 80GB classic ipod fits in snuggly but it's still easy enough to get it out if necessary, 2 magnets which are inbedded in the leather keep the cover firmly in place but it's still easy enough to open, the headphone lead can remain plugged in without obstructing the cover when opening/closing, the case allows easy use of the ipod without getting in the way, the belt clip is really sturdy and when it's removed it leaves the back of the case nice and smooth which is great if (like me)you prefer your ipod in your pocket, and last but not least it has great looks. It's a standard black case but the green stitching and lining around the edges really makes it stand apart from other cases, in fact I'd considered not writing this review as I thought it might help this case become too popular but that would just be selfish!

The only thing I can suggest that might improve the case a tiny bit more (and this is probably just me being pedantic) is to pad it out a bit more, but then again that would probably ruin the case's great slim design and user freindliness.

Oh yeah, and there's also the eco aspect. I've not verified the company's eco credentials but if what they claim is true then it's certainly another good reason to choose this case over others.
