Not exactly a doddle and leaves about 40% unsqueezed.
Very basically, this is relatively easy to use because you simply lower a lever and the juice is squeezed out, but the big negative is that you need a heck of a lot of pressure on the lever and a huge amount of pulp is left unsqueezed. This is after raising the lever and turning/twisting the cut orange/grapefruit half. We tried a selection of fruit sizes but none seemed to be better. Also, the juicer does groan a bit in the sense that we formed the opinion that it wasn't going to last very long, given the strength needed to extract as much juice as possible.On the plus side, the stainless steel cup is quite attractive but overall, we're returning this bc it doesn't do what it's supposed to and we're not in the habit of throwing away half of what we buy (the unsqueezed part of the orange).

Does exactly what it says on the tin (oh what a cliche)
This thing works.You shove it into a lemon, squeeze it about, and juice comes out. Perfect. It's easy to clean, has no moving parts and is much much easier than just squeezing a lemon just with your hands or a fork.
Use it to make houmous. Mmmm.....houmous....
