Poor Quality and Worse Service

The phrase"Caveat Emptor" springs to mind. If the fridge lasts 6 months without failing you'll have done well and you can forget about getting any help from their service department. Expect to be bounced around from department to department receiving excuse after excuse as to why they will not replace or repair the item. Avoid buying this product at all costs. You have been warned or as I said earlier"Buyer Beware".

Excellent purchase, lots of storage with nice ideas.

Excellent, Frost Free fridge freezer. Its huge, and perhaps we should have thought about the impact on the kitchen, but I really disliked my under counter fridge. It looks really smart on the outside, and has an excellent smart quality inside too, which many of the other fridge freezers that we looked at didnt.
It has great storage on the door, it can take huge 6 pint containers, there is a wavy divider to take out if you wish...
There is a handy wine holder in the fridge, but it takes space,and we are a family of five, so that now sits on the top, and isnt used..looked nice though, chrome.
There is good storage for eggs and cheese and other items on the door..masses of room really.
But the best part for me, is the huge salad/vegetable drawer at the bottom, double width its great, and it slides out, and the lid opens automatically.
Above this is an excellent drawer for fish and meat, which also slides out for easy use..its excellent
The space is excellent, althought the height may be a problem for short people (no offence)
The freezer is great too, and about the same size as the fridge, and this isnt always the case.
The freezer has 4 drawers and two of them have ingenious ice cube holders which form the handles of the drawers...very clever...and plenty of space.
All in all an excellent purchase

Don't buy it

Very disappointing!
1) Due to the poor desing, broke the first day I bought it.
2) Water takes ages to come out as there's no inlet hole for the air.
3) It's capacity is very low, meaning that you need to re-fill it many times per day.

Would have given it no stars at all.
