Great looking scales
I love these scales! Great colour, Easy to use, look fantastic and have a large easy to read dial (even for short-sighted people like me). They look expensive and are the subject of lovely comments when people see them in my kitchen. I would have given 5 stars if the bowl had of been a little bit deeper, but other than that.....Buy them! they look terrific compared to all the boring plastic ones out on the market.8

Excellent set of scales. Especially if you bake and need to weigh each ingredient to its precise gram/ounce. It's easy to reset the the scales to 0g/oz while you pour in the next item. You can opt to use the plastic bowl it comes with, or simply prop your mixing bowl (like I do) and throw in the butter/sugar/flour etc. A very handy buy!9

First Class Design
I originally bought this to save space - it hangs on the wall and doesn't take up cupboard, worksurface, or air space with loads of loose accessories like other scales - nor is it ever 'in-your-face' like so many other kitchen appliances. But in use it proved to be an absolute joy. An accurate clock is on display 24/7 so it's not just an inanimate object. Its slim profile and flat surfaces mean it stays clean and doesn't attract dirt like other 'toys' around our kitchen. It measures in both Metric and Imperial weights - and zeroes bowl weights easily to make accurate ingredient 'add-to' simplicity itself. It demounts and comes apart (and goes back together) for serious cleaning very quickly. It's one of the best and most practical kitchen aids I've ever bought. I recommend it without reservation to anyone.13

These scales are completely rubbish. They are wildly inaccurate, giving different results for the same thing on different occasions, and the design is stupid, because when you put something on the weighing platform it's really hard to see the display. Don't buy.17

Fantastic Scales
Decided to update my old mechanical scales and I am amazed how I lived without these for so long. They are so slim that they fit easily in my cupboard out of the way. No longer do I need to weigh food in one container and then add to another. These scales allow a container to be placed on them and then the counter to be set to zero. Ingredients can then be added in metric, imperial or liquid measurements. Again you can zero the counter and add the next ingredients.I considered spending much more and after spending a while looking around I decided on these. I am very glad I didn't go for a more expensive option as these are very accurate (to 0.1g), easy to use and small enough to store away without losing vital cupboard space.
For the frequent and infrequent cook I highly recommend these.
