After owning many Typhoon scales I can say that this design is better than other Typhoon branded scales. It is well built, attractive and fairly accurate, however there are a few faults. Its hard to keep clean as there are many nooks and crannys where sugar and flour is a knightmare to get out. Also the bowl on the top is quite light and flimsy so it scratches quite easily. Finally - the bowl is too small, it fills up very quickly and you have to keep emptying it if you are making a large batch etc. Despite the faults these are a good buy. Out of all the Typhoon scales I have - I have to say these are the best.24

Having drooled over this for ages - finally took the plunge. These scales live up to the price, easy to read, use, and they look fantastic from all angles. Only -ve is that the bowl is a bit too wide, so it's a bit fiddly getting flour into the (Panasonic) breadmaker.27

Not dishwasher proof!
This is a lovely jug - beautiful duck egg colour, excellent size from a measuring point of view (many measuring jugs are too large a scale to easily measure 100ml, for instance, but this one is great) but the one dissapointment is that if you put it in the dishwasher, the markings go within a few washes, so it no longer serves as a measuring jug! Its all very well to wash it up by hand each time, but for a functional kitchen item, that's not very practical, so it should be taken into account when purchasing this product that if you want to use it for the purpose it is intended, it is NOT suitable to go in the dishwasher.39

These are a great set of measuring cups. I already have a set of cup sizes that are metal spoons but these are more superior by far and as a bonus they look good on display
