I PURCHASED A IGIG FROM ARGOS LAST YEAR £79 I HAVE JUST PAID UNDER £12 FOR A 2 GIG FOR MY SONY W50 CAMERA TO SAY I AM DELIGHTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT, I THOGHT IT WAS WRONG CARD AT FIRST, BUT IT IS IN A CONVERTER FOR OTHER DEVEICES WHEN REMOVED WORKED EXCELLENTLY IN MY SONY W50 CAMERA GEREATRIC GEORGE

SD CARD

This a %100 normal sd card but the only diffrence is that it is licensed by nintendo and says the word"wii" on it.
It does not go extra fast or anything like that.
if you want a memory card for the wii buy a normal sd card (you can get a 4gb one for the price of a 2gb"wii" one) which has a good speed and is reliable.

Great value for money!

I've been checking the prices for 2gb SD memory cards for a few weeks and when i found the fuji 2gb card i ordered it straight away and i'm so glad i did, and what a bonus it was delivered to me in super quick time.

Works with Acer n310

Just in case anyone was wondering, this 4GB card definitely works with an Acer n310 Pocket PC (which only accepts non-HC SD cards) - that gives a lot more room to play with than the 2GB listed in the manual. I'm not sure about the read/write speeds, but so far it seems to work fine with Pocket PC programs and data (Microsoft Mobile 5). But it doesn't work with a Panasonic Lumix FZ7 digicam!

integral courier 4gb

i have the 4gb version which apart from the capacity is identical.i do agree that the construction may appear to be very flimsy which is why i have never carried one of these in a tight fitting pocket (unlike a free 512MB integral i got which i carry everywhere in my jeams pocket-the design of that though is totally different and very robust).i have 2 of the 4gb versions and the transfer speed on my hp pavilion dv1674ea laptop is excellent using USB2-my 4gb archos key drive on the other hand (which has a micro HDD inside it that spins and is supposedly USB2 speed) is so slow compared to it.
so if you keep it in a very loose fitting pocket or carry it in a briefcase i would highly recommend one of the 4gb versions.i am going to wait until the price drops on the 8gb version before getting one of them.

Good and Bad

It works OK on my newish home PC using Windows XP Pro SP2, but these drives of course aren't renowed for their speed (8GB in about 45 minutes?).
Different matter on my 3 year old office PC also using XP Pro SP2. Copied small files OK but gave write errors with large files or lots of small ones. I have the Data traveller 2GB version and that works Ok in both PCs.
Your mileage may vary.

Update: I bought the PNY Attache 8GB and it worked fine in both PCs.

Excellent choice

I have bought many of these drives now, all blue, and was very pleased to see a pink version. It looks good, but quality is still there, and the price of these things now is amazing.

Crash Card

I would not recommend this card at all, bought it in the bundle with the S5600, camera great card complete rubbish. I had several weekend trips & videos on it, when it suddenly decided to pack up. Had to re-format the card to get it to work again and lost all my pics. This has since happened two and now the card won't work at all, complete waste of money. The other 64g sd card supplied has worked great and never failed once.

EXCELLENT LOOK NO FURTHER

I bought this product just after Christmas and so far its is working fine. This product was a replacement for a broken (internal crash) 4GB SANDISK CRUZER MICRO WITH U3. It was great at home but it crashed at university when I was not able to"safely remove the hardware" because of admin reason. It would not save or run at home or university.

This bytestor has been brilliant no problems at home and university and I have been using it the same way as the Sandisk. This is the second bytestor USB product I have bought and both were as good as each other. i got 3 ordered and paid the postal charge for each unit. I thot since a good company, they will send seperately, as they charged seperately, But all three were send in one pack and they paid only for one package and cahrging me three times for package. This is very unfair. Amazon should take care on this. if it is charged then they shud implement or shud return me the remaining amount

Beware of counterfiet Products on sale

I purchased one of these cards from a Marketplace seller much to my disappointment.

I will say normally these cards have proved no problem to me, well the ones from reputable sellers, High Street retailers and Amazon.

On arrival I immediately tried to use the card in various devices such as PSP, Camera, phone and PC. Firstly, the magicgate, which is normally available on Sandisk cards technology was non-existent therefore the card was not possible to be used in a PSP, this raised some suspicion. SO I thought oh well I'll use it in my camera and phone instead, partly as I couldn't be bothered at first to return it. How am I foolish to think it would work.

The card was so unreliable (very unlike my other SANDISK MS Pro Duo cards) as it kept on crashing and losing my data. Each time i tried to reapply my data no matter which device i used it kept on saying the card is not formatted. How can this be when I have already used it, albeit unsuccessfully.

I subsequently got on to Sandisk customer support whereby they asked me for the serial/model numbers, which I add is normally readable on authentic products, that I could not read properly. The rep also asked for further information pertaining to what else was printed next to the model and serial numbers. After I gave this information I was informed that the item was counterfeit. After to'ing and fro'ing with pictures of the card and the dodgy looking packaging its lack of authenticity again was confirmed.

I have used Sandisk products for many years and all of my cards have a hologram sticker and legibly printed serial / model numbers along with 'MADE in CHINA' printed. On the fakes you will simply get badly printed text with 'CHINA' but no 'MADE IN' part or even a hologram.

Save yourself much pain and many headaches not least forgetting the hassle of returning the item (AT YOUR COST) and buy simply from a reputable online sellers like AMAZON or Marketplace sellers who haven't received poor feedback for supplying suspect goods in the past. Any cheaply priced cards are most likely to be very suspect and possibly fake. YOU CANNOT BUY AUTHENTIC PRODUCTS AROUND 50% OF THEIR NORMAL COST.

If you are given a reason of 'the product is an import' for the lack of a hologram or suitable packaging in addition to poorly printed text don't believe it as Imported goods are no different in style or quality to normal UK retail packaged editions.
Don't accept any excuses your data (Pictures etc) and money are worth more. The product images above will give you a clear idea of what you should be getting for your money.

I have purchased too many Sandisk and Sony cards at low prices now to think that it is possible to be supplied an authentic product or at least something reliable. Whether it is Amazon Marketplace or feebay the too good to be true prices are a waste of time and no longer for me! I will champion any day Sandisk as they have always been A1 but only if the products are genuine.

I just could not believe how much this memory stick was, I had costed them up from high street stores and found that Amazon was at least 3 times cheaper !!

Excellent for PC Use

I use SD cards with a handheld PocketPC and this ByteStor 2GB card has much faster read/write than the more expensive Microdia 2GB SD card I bought at the same time. A bargain at the price !.

Very pleased

I generally very pleased, lots of space for very little money. Picstop delivered it on schedule, 3 days after i ordered it. U3 is useful at times, but does sometimes get in the way. But it can be uninstalled.

pros:Its very light, USB slider"clicks" firmly into place, big light to tell you its connected.
cons: the light seams to flash arbitrarily, some times blinks when files are
uploading some times doesn't, doesn't come with lanyard, cheap ring connected to the lanyard"connector thing" which is difficult to remove.
........But would still recommend it.

Handy but ....

I've had one of these for around 12 months and thought it a handy item, both physical size and memory capacity.

However, it has recently fallen apart (whether the adhesive that held it together has dried out, or whether it only as a 12 month lifetime, who can tell) and is now held together by some insulation tape to stop it 'exploding' at inopportune moments.

Next time I consider a similar product, I'll examine more closely the build quality.

Works with Olympus mju 600

I purchased this with my Olympus mju 600, the only problem I had was trying to insert the card the wrong way!!

Once it went in and I switched the camera on there were no problems whatsoever.

However, as many have said before me check your manual first / go to your manufacturers website or alternatively check the technical data in the camera information.

Avoid Like The Plague

Beware: You might think you are buying a genuine Sony product but this sellers warehouse contains genuine producs and"mistakenly packaged items."
As he himself says, buyer beware.

I am sorry to hear of your problem. Firstly, I wish to make it clear that we do sell genuine Sony memory media.

We do also sell generic pro duo memory sticks that we import from China. These usually have our own logo on them but our supplier sent our last batch with the Sony logo on both the packaging and the memory sticks themselves. We have told them that we do not want them with the Sony logo as they are in effect counterfeit and misbranded.

We do not however sell these as Sony as this would be wrong.

We are aware that there are some sellers including some well know on-line retailers that do sell these as Sony so it is a case of buyer beware.

As already indidcated, we do of course stock genuine Sony memory media. In your case, because of the Sony branding being on the packaging, we have mis-picked your item during picking & packing instead of sending you genuine Sony.

Slightly Disappointed... :-(

I was quite happy with the SanDisk SDHC 8gb memory card which works fine in my Casio EX-S880, but was really disappointed that the card is not recognised when I put it in my laptop SD reader... It would have been helpful if they had advised that it won't work in a SD Card reader...

Brilliant

I have had both the 4Gb and more recently the 8Gb version of this drive. The U3 some people find gimmicky, but it is easily removed and the device will function like a traditional USB stick. Personally, I like the U3 functionality. I use many desktop and laptop devices and to be able to have your own virtual desktop for me is very advantageous. U3 works with both Vista and XP OSes- earlier versions didn't, so rest assured it is ready to use out of the box. I have had mine now for over 2 months and use it extensively every day. Highly recommended.
