Good product - delivery poor
The card itself is fine - no problems. But as others have noted - delivery issues: I ordered this with free delivery as I was buying other products and total was over £15. All items were listed as being"in stock". OK, delivery was free BUT IT TOOK 12 DAYS !! Poor service from Amazon which is surprising because I've used them a lot and never had a problem before. Whether this was due to TNT being useless or Amazon downgrading their free delivery to encourage buyers to use their new 'PRIME' service is unknown, but either way they are in danger of losing their previously good brand image.63

I've used this with XD, SD Ultra II and MS cards and it has performed fast and flawlessly. I've had it a few months and it appears to be well made and small enough to take anywhere in your briefcase or camera bag.64

Compared with my no-make thing that only worked every Preston Guild, this is wonderfully quick and reliable. It also has LEDs to let you know it is both plugged in and which slot is active. Reassuring. My only minor gripe is the USB lead is rather short and doesn't allow me to have the docking pod on the desk. Not a major issue.

As others have said, works straight off with XP. Plug and go. There are lots of fake memory sticks made in china which look so much like the genuine memory stick. I actually bought a memory stick before from a seller in ebay because it was cheaper but what I got was a fake one which doesnt work properly (can't read data and can't take data more than 1~2gb). Get it from amazon, its the most sure, fast, cheap way to get a GENUINE memory stick.

Beware postage costs with this type of product - I was charged £9 for a jiffy bag with 2 cards in! - maximum cost could only have been about £2.50. If you buy from an offshore company you'll get it as cheap, lower postage costs, no VAT but you'll have to wait a few days longer.73

I won't be buying sandisk again. The lock/unlock tab has broken after only 6 months meaning the card is permenently locked. I've only used this part of the card maybe 5 or 6 times. Very disappointed.I guess it was cheap for a reason...

A Great Card
Having used and owned Ultra 2 and Extreme 3 cards I feel I can give a decent comparison of the two. The Ultra 2 card, quality wise is exactly the same as the Extreme 3. There is a speed difference in writing data in which the Extreme 3 wins hands down, but unless your camera utilises hyperspeed writing, this difference is wasted. I highly recommend this card to everyone as it's cheap and very reliable, 2GB of space is enough for most and for value for money this card excels.
