Cheaper doesn't mean lower quality.

A few years ago I bought a 1GB Mini-SD card for nearly £70, it's not surprising that technology has moved on to produce higher capacity cards - that was inevitable. The surprising aspect is the amazing price drop over the last few years. For less than a fiver you can now have a few GB of physical storage in a format not much bigger than a sweetcorn nibblet!

I've had a few Kingston cards and the Japanese based-company produces high quality cards which often retail for less than the bigger brands such as SanDisk. The Micro-SD card slots into the supplied SD Adaptor. It's a nice snug fit, and the slight lip on the outside of the Micro-SD card assists you in removing it once it's inserted. The actual capacity seems to be 1.8GB, but I've never had a memory card yet which perfectly hits the stated capacity - this is comparable to what you'd expect to see with any other card.

Top notch quality, exactly what I expected from Kingston.

Don't bother with some lower priced non-branded makes, you get what you pay for and at less than [...] you can't moan. It works out cheaper to buy two of these than a 2GB card. Don't know why but it does.

Videos look OK but sound bad

I'm sure the recent upgrade made this device better, but they desperately need to address some other issues, what annoys me the most is they've improved the Video recording quality but whatever setting it's on (even 'high quality' for PC) the audio always sounds very poor, and is noticably very compressed. Until and unless they sort this out, I'm sticking to my PC's video-in device.

This card is FAST

If you have a high end digital camera, you will want one of these cards as a minimum. The read and write speeds are both 266x, so they allow cameras with continuous shooting to get on with the job of snapping away instead of waiting precious milliseconds for the previous frame to be recorded.

There is no point buying a camera which can shoot frames in rapid succession if it is hampered by a delay due to a slow card. Invest the extra few quid in a fast card! It's only a tiny fraction of the total cost.
