Beware Partner Sellers

The poroduct works but the postage is often a rip off when it is a partner seller - particularly PurelyGadgets who are appalling.

What a great way to make money, I was gonna order 5 of these until I saw that it was gonna cost £24 to post!! £24 no bundling and I'm sure they'd have sent them all in one package, avoid like the plague, vampires.

cost for delivery

whilst the cost of cards is very competitive buyers should realise that the card might cost .99p but i purchased 3 and have been charged £13.00 for delivery!!!! the delivery charge only shows after your purchase

On sale even though they're out of stock

Ordered this item, the stock level is shown as 42 new and used in stock, had an email two days later saying

"We're sorry, but the following order from flash_memory has been cancelled because the items you purchased were out of stock. Please return and attempt to purchase again at a later time.

We apologize for any inconvenience."

If they're that sorry why the hell do they show 42 in stock and waste my ****ing time! In case you think this is an isolated incident, the same day I orderd a pair of 2GB M type fuji SD picture cards. Guess what the same story.

does not work, rubbish!!!!

not sure whether it is fake or not but I use the card for my PSP and not only is it not recognised by some games, but it also has corrupted my data several times. All this in 7 days as well! Do not buy from 3rd party suppliers. Amazon, please sort it out!!!

rip off postage charges

thinking i had come across a bargain i was soon proven wrong . 1gb sd memory card for 0.90p so i thought id get 2 expecting to be billed £1.80 plus a small amount for postage of say maybe £2 or £3 i was shocked to see my total cost came to £10.80 yes a £9 fee for postage . so glad i didn't proceed to purchase from this supplier

A good complement for a compact camera, not much more expensive than the Ultra II which is also a good choice.

Good Value

This CF is worth all its money. 4GB is good enough to take 800 Images in Large-Fine mode. If you are planning to take the images in the RAW+Large mode, you can buy another one ,instead of buying a 8 GB flash.
Recommended.

why 7.5 gb available in an 8gb Card

Hi all,
I have bought for mysely an 8gb Transcend SDHC card. works great with my Cowon D2. But i have a question. Why does the card show only 7.5 gb available space?
Also do i need a special reader for this card? Cos my old card reader does not see it at all.
Overall great product but again want to use all the 8gb.

MEMORY CARD WILL NOT WORK AT ALL WITH MY SAMSUNG CAMERA

I have a Samsung SGH 600 and this card will not work at all with it.the camera will not even turn on with it in.i have tried it with a friends camera (the same model) and it does not work either,it may be that it isnt formatted,but as you cant evn turn it on you cant find out.a big thumbs down from me!!!!!

The Best of the Best

Have just Purchased two of these and as advised bu a frend of mine imedatly deleated the encription program before runing the Exe found that I can transfer 6.5 Gig of Data in 4 minuits.
Would recomend them to anyone.

We so this in France when we bought our photo frame, got home and realised the photo frame had no memory with it! saw this SD 2GB on hear and it works great in our digital photo frame. We actually bought 2 one for the camera and one for the frame this way we never forget to take the SD card out of our Frame! 2GB SD card FANTASTIC.

Postage Con Trick

Was going to get three of these.... then discovered they are delivered in a solid gold envelope... they must be for £15 p&p!! What a rip off

To M.Stevens: this is SDHC not SD

One star from the previous reviewer is in my opinion way too harsh: this is an SDHC card, not SD, it is not backwards compatible and might not be suitable for use in some card readers and older devices that do not support SDHC. If you bear that in mind, this card is great value for money.

The fab 2... Giga bytes

Without question, this card is the ultimate in design and spaciousness: it can take around 500 pictures more than its little brother the 1 GB card and works a lot better too! I used cards like this before, but none as powerful, spatious or well-made as this. It`s huge - all any serious photographer [unlike myself] would ever really need or want. I would only really reccomend it to some one who is extremely serious about photography simply because of its huge size. With a chip like this there will be no more deleting of pictures or video clips and you can store data for ages whilst still being an enthusiastic photographer. If your camera can take video clips and you want to use this feature than this card is just the thing for you, because with it one you can have all the benifits of some decent length clips as well as nearly 1000 pics! Enjoy it and deffinitley buy it!

Beware of the postage

These are great products and it seems as if they are offered here at the best price available anywhere. But beware! Postage is charged at £4.50 PER ITEM, ten times what it must cost the supplier, making them far more expensive than most other online stores. I wanted to buy 10 but will look elsewhere.

Doesn't Work

I've just decided to try out my new memory card in my camera but it doesn't work, giving a message' memory card locked'. I've tryed several times but it just won't work. Worst bit is I threw out the packaging before checking it so can't even return.
