1. The stick and adaptor don't fit well in my camera, and it's very hard to take out unless you remove the batteries first.
2. More and more often now, I get"memory stick error" on the camera when I turn it on - even when the camera was working fine shortly before, and nothing had been changed.
3. "Memory stick error" means you can't take photos and you end up wasting time fiddling around with the memory stick until it decides to work.
4. You may lose photos you already took before the error.
5. I have a Sony Vaio laptop with a slot designed for Memory Stick Pro. The adaptor does not fit in it - it is too wide.
Other people here seem to have found the adaptor and Pro Duo combo OK, but I've not been happy. My advice is, buy from somewhere reputable where you can return it if it doesn't work and beware sellers claiming to be selling a Pro stick when it's actually an adaptor and a Pro Duo - that's where I made my mistake.

Rather unreliable
My Sony Cybershot DSC-W17 camera takes Memory Stick Pro, which are now quite hard to come by. I recently wanted to buy a Pro stick but ended up with with adaptor and a Pro Duo. All was well for a little while but I have the following gripes:1. The stick and adaptor don't fit well in my camera, and it's very hard to take out unless you remove the batteries first.

Excellent quality but slow to load
Out of all the portable memory card readers I own (I own quite a few) this is my favourite. I like the protection the reader provides for the cards with them fully encased under the designated flaps on either side. The eject tabs inside make for easy removal while the functionality means you can use all 3 card slots simultaneously when plugged in. The fact it can read SDHC definately boosts its rating. The only problem is it is my slowest memory card reader to load. Once it's loaded it's fine but if you are attempting to read a memory card you have to wait a good length of time from plugging it in before the additional drive letters appear on your computer. This can be extremely irritating when you know you could use another memory card reader and have instantaneous access to your data.7

I have kept the card and thrown the device itself in the bin. It is just far too much hassle to send it back.
You will gain zero from the Kingston branding, just buy the generic item at the best price you can get it. They are everywhere.

Did not work....
I needed an ultralight and convenient solution for my wide's schoolwork backup and transfer. The thing is absolutely tiny, hardly bigger than a USB plug, so looked just right, but it simply did not work, right out of the box. The card is fine, it is the reader that is faulty.What you have here is a case of a famous name manufacturer adding their name to a cheap generic peice of kit. Great for capacity poor performance
Having moved from a SanDisk Ultra II 512MB card to this on my Canon G7 I find that it is slower to read and write frames. Only benefit gained is longer movie recording. Would not recommend if your want to increase your continuous shot function for action shots.19

Beware of formatting issues
In order to use this in my Palm PC, I have to format it as FAT32. Fast, reliable, cheap and includes a card reader
The nice thing about this is that you not only get the SDHC card, but also a Sandisk Micromate SD and SDHC card reader, which is basically a USB plug with a slot for the card. This was useful for me because my card reader doesn't read SDHC.You also get a (tiny) CD with software that will recover files you've deleted but not overwritten, so this gives you a bit of a safety net.
It's a fast class 6 card, so if you're using it with a camera that shoots in RAW, it'll help speed things up compared to a standard SD card.
All this and 4GB for this price... you can't go wrong I guess. Just watch the P+P.
