Super Fast!

Great! Took it out of its packaging, pluged it in and straight away it came up. No more waiting around. And files transfer at super fast speeds! The thick rubber covering the stick does its job and protects the usb from any damage including water. You could chuck it around and it would carry on working. Even though the lid is not fastened on, there is little chance of it coming of and getting lost. Overall a great buy and is definitely recommended.

Watch who you order it from

Ordered 8Gb model from Kikatek on Oct 1st who tried to send me a 4Gb model. When I replied, noting the mistake - I had the order cancelled.
Mmmm.... not even sure if this is legal. So I would recommend that you avoid using this supplier.
I already have a 8Gb model, and so far it has served me well - hence I was going to buy another. The USB connector fit is a bit tight on my HP laptop, the sliding mechanism makes it awkward to ensure it is fully home (a right-angled swivel perhaps would be better and offer better protection) but I leave it permanently attached so it has not become an issue.
Not tried running a car over it - but it certainly looks and feels robust.

Very good card

I bought the SanDisk 8GB m2 card for my Sony Ericsson G900i. The phone was able to use the full space of the card, and the overall speed of the card is more than very good. I can store almost endless videos on it without worries.

fakes on amazon

Buyer Beware, i recieved a fake through amazon z-shops. How do i know?? When you look at the stick through my psp it says magic gate support unknown, instead it should say supported, if it was official. Loses data every time i turn my psp off or delete data(breaks other data on the card). Utter rubbish buy offical from the other major online retailer, itll cost more but it will be worth the extra money in less frustration. Amazon please restricted this item to trusted sellers. If i cant sell a legitamet copy of fifa 08 why should they get away with conterfites on a major retail site??????????????

First appearances

I got the 8GB version of this. Very pleased I was with it, too. Solid, well-designed, fast, and all encased in very durable rubber. However, what seemed like a practical idea turned out to be anything but. That rubber cap - after a few days, you just know you're going to lose it. You have to, how easily it slips off. Or leastways, if you're going to use the Corsair as a keyring, which I did. Picked it up once in the street at the front of my house. After that, it was only a matter of time. LOST: One flash drive's rubber cap, and a customer's patience.

AT LAST NOT FAKE

I have bought 2 memory cards from ebay and one from Amazon market place, all of which were fake and will not work in my Sony Tg3 Camcorder!
BEWARE the market is flooded with fakes.
The way to tell is the writing on the back of the card should be engraved into the plastic, run your finger over the back, if its smooth its genuine, if you can feel a slight raise then its painted on and fake.
My camcorder just kept saying memory may not be able to record images all the time, very annoying.

Well I nearly bought an 4Gb MP3 player for £40 then found this for £14..
Stuck it in my phone, and hey presto !
I've got 15 albums on my phone in high quality Mp3 format and still have 2Gb of space left.
This card is a bargain !

It does what it says

Bought this M2 2Gb Micro Memory Stick and it does everything is says. Plugged it into my Sony Ericsson phone and it worked first time.

Easy to copy all my music and photo's onto the larger memory stick from the supplied M2 adaptor from the supplied stick that came with the phone.

I've purchased Sandisk Memory sticks before and they've never let me down.

Annoyng LED

This USB stick does exactly what you'd expect, but I will say that when using on a Mac the LED is on continuously, even when the device has been ejected. This is a bit frustrating as I can never be sure that it's been properly ejected by the computer and that my data will be safe if I remove it. Another small point, mine didn't come with a lanyard as stated, and similar to previous reviewers i didn't get the USB stick featured in the main picture. Works fine though and is very small!

Very large storage and good speed

This is a great memory stick.

When I opened mine I was surprised how small it was and yet it felt quite solid. It's sheathed in clear plastic as a protective cover which can be slid off to reveal the device's very tiny size - is there really 8gb in there?!?!?! Fanatastic!

I thought at first glance 'Oh, it would have been nice to have had some kind of LED activity indicator' and went ahead and plugged it into my machine. Lo and behold the keyring loop area of the device lit-up! Nice. The unit flashes red to indicate activity and gently brightens and dims to indicate no data being transfered. It might annoy some people after a while I guess but I thought it was a cool touch. See how I feel after a few hours.

A quick test of the stick's speed went as follows:

2 gigs (2.07 gigs to be precise) of large zip files from computer to card in 3 mins 45 seconds.

The same stuff transferred back in 1 min 26 seconds.

Write speed around: 9.2 MB sec
Read speed around: 24 MB sec from the figures above.

They are some pretty handy numbers. I guess you could fill the card in around 15 minutes.

Only minus is that I reckon its size makes it easy to lose but theres no way I'm knocking points off for that - just a heads up to keep an eye on it!

I would just like to say in regard to the other review left here that the Easydisk brands is simply the best, fastest and most reliable flash drive I have used and I've used a lot - beware of fake items though - an Easydisk purchased from shop4usb is 100% genuine Easydisk branded and backed up with their lifetime guarantee - you definitely can't go wrong.

psp 4gb memory stick

this is one of the best memory cards for your psp so if you want a memory card this is the right one for you.

2gb usb memory stick

Product ordered on friday and arrived tuesday morning, 2 days earlier than the amazon best estimate. Just tried the product, and it works like a charm, just drag and drop, no silly software included, or needed to install it.
It is a bit plasticy, but solid feeling, and comes with a lifetime guarantee, so i'm not the least bit concerned about durability.
It does everything i want it to do, and at £2.48 for 2gb, i believe it offers by far the best value for money.

The card is fine when it works, but bad when it doesnt.

I use the card in my PSP (slim and lite) it was fine for a few weeks and then the psp couldnt carry out its game saves. The card is now corrupted, no clue as to how this has happened (used psp and memory stick how they are supposed to be ie don't mess with the card when it is being read).
Am now trying to get refund or replacement from sandisk.
Bought a new sony branded card and it works fine.
Hope this helps, think just down to your luck really, as I have a 1gb sandisk card in sony camera and its been fine for 2 years.

Brilliant !

Bought this memory stick for my Sony Ericsson K800i and it has totally transformed it. It has given it more than enough room for all the pictures, video and music i'll ever need on a phone. It also came with an adapter so it can be used in other platforms. Didn't worry about the postage costs, have you seen the cost of these on the high street ? Highly recommended.

Massive amounts of memory

This was Perfect for my PSP i have room for over 300 high quality mp3s (at 196kbps) and i even managed to fit over 6 hours of Mpeg4 video with it too plus many pictures and game saves its a great card, perfect for a PSP phone or camera

The price is great too many retail stores would sell this for over £35
