memo stick

the 1gig memo stick is grate but will you ever use all of of the memory on saving games? the answer is no but you can save videos music and pics on your psp which will soon eat away at your memory. this is a must have for any psp owner and the new high speed stick means it is now faster and easier to transfer data

USB 2.0 and works on Windows 98!

If you've wasted money on other usb 2.0 drives that claim to work on Windows 98 but instead just lock up your computer or ignore you altogether (Buffalo, Kingston, etc. - it's been an expensive quest ....) then look no further. With this Fuji drive I simply downloaded the driver from the net, followed the instructions, rebooted and it worked first time! Kind of stylish looking, seems to have a good transfer speed, and functions without any problems at all. I'm sure it'll keep going way past those Windows 98 10 year anniversary celebrations Microsoft are surely organising ........

Good value

This is the first device of this type I've bought so don't have anything to compare it to but it has more features on it than I was expecting for the price.
I didn't really review what it could do when I bought it because all I was looking for was a 2GB storage device which looked good and that's exactly what it is.
However,when it arrived and I read the instructions I was surprised at the amount of functions it had with the software bundle which was included.
I won't use half of them but things like PC locking,auto log-in and fast data backup are just some of the features that many people will find very useful on a day to day basis.
Like I said I'm no expert and can't comment on how it compares to other devices speedwise etc but for a tenner I can tell you I'm really chuffed.

Big in size and slow in performance !

The Pen drive is big in size, extremely slow to write to. Do not recommend it at all!

You cant go wrong with this!!!

I have a Sony P-200,I bought the high speed 512MB (the pink/white one).I cant realy see a speed difference with the previous version but its trasnfer rates are quite fast(i havent realy tested with MB & Time).If you are a photographic lover..well,this is what you need
* works like a charm
* about 22 mins of video footage
* over 70(or close)pictures of very high resolution pictures(7 Mega pixel)
and finally because its probably the best storage for Sony Digi Cams out there. Buy it! its Great!

PSP Toy

Bought this as a present for my little nephew, bestg investment... apparently he has never been quieter. Loads of space and good price... turning into a PNY addict!!!

Buy a pen and copy your files out by hand!! It will be quicker.

If you've got unlimited time to sit around waiting for files to copy, or you're only ever copying small files, this could be ideal for you.

I bought it about six months back, because it's small, has a lot of storage, and most importantly for me, it had a retractable connector. I knew if I bought one with a cap, I'd lose it within a matter of minutes, and the only other model I could find with a retractable connector, the Sandisk, was a lot more expensive! But like the other review here, and plenty of others on the intertubes, I've found it to be almost unusable when transferring anything over a few tens of megs. I must admit, I didn't actually notice so much at first, so I'm actually wondering if something has changed in the device itself - because it's running at USB 1.1 speeds (I have connected it to a USB 1.1 device...wonder if it reconfigured itself), NOT USB 2. Also, I put it on a bunch of keys, and what I thought was a metal keyring connector on the end of the device, was actually just painted plastic, which split after a day, which was pretty disappointing.

I've given it three stars, mostly for the design, the retractable connection, and the amount of storage.

Does its job!

Well, theres not much to say about a memory card. I admit it is quite costly but remember, this is the gadget you need to hold a decent collection of mp3's, videos etc. I found that Amazon have the cheapest price for this. All I can really say, is that it works, and for what it does, it's worth the money at the end of the day.
