Good at first . . .

I bought 2 of these in July 2006 for use in an in-car MP3 player. Both worked fine for about 6 weeks. Then they would only be recognised intermittently, and now both are unusable - not recognised in any device or computer. So I'm not happy. I'm positive I didn't mistreat them in any way, but it is odd that both failed when other people find them very good. Am in discussion with Flash Memory - the actual supplier.

Cracking way to store pictures

My camera Olympus C-150 came with an Olympus 16mb card and was only able to take about 35 pictures at HQ - bit like a normal 35mm camera in terms of capacity.

The 64mb card is able to store 150+ pictures at that quality. This is the sort of capacity that I was looking for. Plenty of space to mess about. At this kind of cost this is very worth having although I notice they have gone up a bit since I bought mine about 3 months ago.

I picked a Fuji instead of an Olympus. The Fuji card was cheaper and also importantly - available! One annoying drawback - the panoramic function on the Olympus camera is only supported on an Olympus card and not the"identical" Fuji card which is meant to be interchangable but in fairness it does say that in the manual (but who reads the manual?). Other than that a doddle to use and a very fast and accurate transfer rate to the PC. I have shot over a 1000 pics now - no sign of any quality reduction. Yep I recommend it (and it's cheaper on Amazon than on ebay!!!!!).

You get what you pay for

This is REALLY cheaply made, and the quality (or lack of it) is what you would expect. I had trouble fitting mine into the card reader, as the shape & size aren't quite right, and no matter how many times I pushed the slide bar it kept telling me the"write protect" was on. It did work eventually, but my recommendation is spend a little extra for a decent brand. Just don't get caught out by"per item" delivery charges if buying more than one. Look for Super Saver delivery everytime!

i thought it was great

this card is very good much better than the sd memory range for the fuji a201 camera. I use this card on my fuji a204 and can get 27 pictures at 2million fine and 39 pics at 2m norm great battery saving features great quality for a cheap price.
