Quality product, rip off postage

The product was delivered in great time, before it was even due to be dispatched apparently! The card is fully compatable with my Nokia N95.
The only issue with this was the extortionate postage charge! £4.50 for a tiny, light item is a rip off by any standards. If this cost were to be rectified for future customers this service would be perfect

Best Value for Money I Can Find!

It's hard to fault something that costs so little, for what you actually get!

I've had"expensive" mini headphones that are uncomfortable to wear, and they don't have anywhere as near as good as a sound quality as these do. I've been playing music for over 25 years, and my hearing is very good and very sensitive, so I should know something is good when I hear it! As long as you fit them properly, then they are great.

The little silicon pads that go actually right in the ear, are comfortable, and there are 3 pairs, so you can pick the right size for you, accordingly. These are much better then the mini"on ear" headphones that you get with stuff like the ipod. I always find these extremely uncomfortable, and they fall out/off all the time.

I've heard people say that the sound is"tinny", or the bass response isn't that good. Rubbish!! If you fit them properly, and use some sort of equalizer (every MP3 type player has some sort of equalization), then I think they are superb!! If you don't like the sound, or find it wanting. then I think you'll have to pay around 10 times the amount, to get a"pro" pair, but I think £70-£80 is a hell of a lot to pay for so called"perfect sound".

No, they aren't totally noise proof, but they do isolate the sound very well, and a bonus is that you don't need to deafen yourself, because being an"in ear" type, I find that I actually reduce the volume, to a more comfortable level! I've had mine for several months, and they've yet to let me down. Even if they were to"pack in", they are so inexpensive that it wouldn't be a problem to get more, if mine do fail.

If you want perfection, and have deep pockets then these probably aren't for you (if you want to spend 10 times the amount, I bet you wouldn't get much better than these, certainly not 10 times better!). If, however, you want a good quality set of headphones at a more than reasonable price, then these are a steal!!

Postage Con Trick

Was going to get three of these.... then discovered they are delivered in a solid gold envelope... they must be for £15 p&p!! What a rip off

Not a review, but repeat of a comment I left on a review below.

I wanted three of these and postage is £18.75. Presumably, the discount on the item is made up by overcharging on the P&P.

Of course, I would probably end up spending just as much on a more expensive card (with more reasonable P&P), but there are two issues here: firstly HONEST pricing - if you've discounted the item price and bumped up the P&P to compensate, have the"cojones" to admit it; and TRANSPARENCY - if the choice is between several Amazon suppliers, let us SEE the full costs on the item listing, so we can choose there and then, rather than discovering the true cost during the checkout process.

mains charger for ipod shuffle

Superfast delivery, item well packed, works fine. Makes life easier for shuffle users who don't always have access to a pc - like when going on holiday! Would recommend.

What more can you ask for?

I bought one of these about half a year ago, and it still works likes new. I haven't had any problems. Anyone who can't decide between this and the sony make - go for this one. I love sony but you are going to be wasting your money. It is alot more expensive and with sandisk you get the same thing for less.

Good sound - but get PX200s instead for comfort & sound

I bought these CX300 in-ear headphones after reading the rave reviews on Amazon. Yes the sound is very good, but I find that in order to get the best sound they have to be shoved in your ear hard and then they are painful to wear for long periods. I have now upgraded to the PX200's where the sound is in a different style to the in-ear phones, but still very good, and I can wear these for long periods.

They work, and they're cheap

As far as I'm concerned I only want three things from a set of blank DVD media. Namely that they all burn correctly, all work with my equipment and that they are cheap.

It's a false economy to go for bargain basement DVDs, never mind the sheer frustration when burning problems occur.

I've been using these disks for a number of years now, and have never had a problem. I use a good quality DVD burner (Pioneer) on my Dell PC and also my Pioneer HDD/DVD recorder and the disks burned are readable in both sets of equipment and in other PCs.

I will continue to purchase these disks, and as one of the other reviewers said, at 20p a disk with no losses, what's not to be happy about?

Simple no-nonsense bluetooth headset that works well with the PS3

I needed a headset for on-line gaming with my shiny new PS3.

Due some of my experiences with (namely) the PS2, Xbox and Xbox 360, I now to play the safe option with game console accessories. These days I tend to bite the bullet and buy the corporate branded gear to ensure decent support if trouble arises.

Therefore, my instinct was to buy the retail box of Warhawk that comes bundled with an approved bluetooth headset. However, when investigating what the retail box contained, I noted that Sony have elected to bundle the game with the Jabra BT125 headset. It was then a simple matter of sourcing the same product separately in order to save a bit of money.

Pairing the device with my console was about as easy I've ever had it with a bluetooth device. However, it's still not perfect. I can imagine that some people are likely to have trouble setting it up because they will plug in the charger and not realize that the device won't go into it's pairing mode unless it's able to run off it's own battery (actually, it's the fact that it won't activate at all whilst in"charging" mode - the power light is even re-purposed to indicate the status of the battery's charge). I found though that you can charge the battery for about 10mins, and that's enough to get it through the pairing procedure. You can leave it on charge later at your pleasure.

The product itself needs a bit of TLC when being to fitted one's ear. I would say that the Xbox 360's overhead-band design is more comfortable, but on the plus side you'll look much less like a berk when wearing the Jabra BT125. Also, since it's completely wireless you won't find yourself being yanked when you put the controller on the coffee table and walk away (forgetting to unplug the headset from it).

The sound quality is hard to assess as when I've used it it's been in an on-line game that uses a typical ultra-low bit rate codec for communication. What I can report is that I couldn't detect any latency or echoing feedback whilst talking, which is what you want.

This product is so cheap, it's hard to knock it.

To summarize: Excellent value.

ears get hot after a while with these headphones.

They are nice head phones and definitely streets ahead of the cheap headphones about, they are well built too, but in all honestly I wouldn't buy another pair, but the problem is there's not that much else that has what these have. They are very light, very well built, a good sound, and closed backed also, so they don't leak the sound like others or let it in, they also have quite a good noise cancelling effect, I personally wouldn't waste my money on the noise cancelling thing. The sound is good but not that dynamic for a set of head phones, the biggest gripe I have with them is after a while wearing them my ears do get very warm/hot and uncomfortable. I think this may be down to leather type ear pads, I would much prefer the comfort of sponge type they are far more comfortable, but im not sure if that would effect the noise cancelling. So I don't know if you can have it all, however they are very reasonably priced so they are a good buy. But if your wearing your headphones for long periods of time I would maybe look for something else. If anyone has any ideas on what though, let me know.

Sony..... who decided a 1.5m cable was a good idea???

These earphones sound great and seem high quality with good deep base and great for cancelling out external noise.... look pretty cool too!!
BUT....
I cannot understand why Sony (or somebody at Sony) thought it would be a"good" idea to limit the cable to 0.5m (not long enough) and add a 1m extension cord. To that person all i can say is:

"1.5m IS FAR TOO LONG FOR A CORD YOU ABSOLUTE WALLY!!!"

Seriously.... it is really annoying me!!!

Anyone reading this who is looking for use with an IPod/MP3 player... buy the MDREX32's.... better sound and no stupid cord lengths. I'd gladdly swap my daft ones right now!!!!

Very clear sound [unlike my old cordless phone, and another one I tried and returned] and good size buttons! Easy to set up and operate. Highly recommend.

Great sound quality, poor build quality

This is now the third time I have had to buy these earphones due to the same recurring problem: the end of the adapter that plugs into the phone keeps developing a faulty connection, eventually resulting in the loss of one of the channels (more commonly the left). This happens gradually over time and is extremely annoying, not to mention a waste of time and money as each time I have to go and buy a new adapter & earphones.

In terms of sound quality this is a great product and it works well as a handsfree kit too, just don't expect it to last more than six months.

Poor build quality, as I have come to expect from Sony Ericsson and any other big brand companies that sell their production rights to the lowest bidder.

Over Rated

Maybe I was expecting too much of these headphones, but I was very disappointed in them. I bought them to replace those which came with my MP3 player as they dont have ear hooks, and they are much worse than those which came with my player.
They hiss constantly when plugged in when no music is playing which is really annoying and the playback sound is tinney with very little bass. The ear hooks are fine but over all I am very dissappointed - If you like your music to sound its best through decent quality speakers, do yourself a favour and avioid these, there are much better earphones available out there

Great deal. Get it!

Well when i got this i couldnt wait to get something on it, so i did.
I putted some games and homebrew on it.
inserted it together with the rumble pack (wich works great btw)
but then i got the message that i had to get system files.
but i don't have really fast internet so downloading the system files toulk 43 minutes. well i went outside then and charged my DS in meanwhile.
when i got back home it was finished and all ready to go.
so i inserted but noticed that the DS card would stick into it. it kept popping out (wich is kinda annoying).
Then i booted and everything went fine!
They should make the card quality a bit better. because i think if i drop it that it will break.
But it's deffinatly a Must-Have for everyone who hasnt got a Flashcard :)

Brilliant desktop mic

Used a couple of other mics with Skype but they were not that good. paid a little but not that much more for this & it is just superb.
Installed (into Windows XP) with no prompting whatsoever & worked straight away.
Very clear, & picks up your voice no matter where you sit, even if not at the desk.
Couldn't ask for more, well worth the extra few pounds
