I've had mine almost a year now and have had no problems with it. There is no sign of any pixel failure to date. Very good value, although I must admit I wish I'd bought the 19" now!

A fine monitor
I bought this to replace an aging and flickering CRT monitor that was taking up half the space on my small desk at home. What a difference - the picture/images are certainly better than the old CRT, and I have no problem in recommending this to anyone.I've had mine almost a year now and have had no problems with it. There is no sign of any pixel failure to date. Very good value, although I must admit I wish I'd bought the 19" now!

Be warned.....
...that Acer Customer Service is non-existent in the UK. The Technical"Pre-Sales" persons know absolutely nothing about operating systems and even less about Monitors and drivers. The pre-sales chap I spoke to, to find out if Acer provided drivers for Vista Ultimate 64-bit, insisted that the monitor did not need drivers and was completely"plug-and-play". When asked then why Acer provided monitor drivers - said didn't even know they did, let alone whether they did for Vista 64-bit or not.In addition, even trying to download drivers that are available from their FTP site is a completely fruitless task as keep getting"File Not Found" error and connection timeouts!
Be warned about buying Acer products...
