This portable and fully rechargeable hearing induction loop comes complete with an easy charge docking port. This product is ready to be used as soon as it is plugged in. This Rechargeable Hearing Induction Loop has a loop adjuster and microphone adjuster so the loop can be used in a variety of different settings. Loop Adjuster At low setting the range that a hearing aid user will be able to benefit from the hearing loop will be approximately 0.5 meters. The low setting is ideal for one to one conversations, i.e. across a desk or a counter. With the loop on the low setting, other hearing aid users will not be able to hear your conversations from outside the immediate vicinity of the loop. High Setting At high setting the range that a hearing aid user will be able to benefit from the hearing loop will be approximately 2 meters. The high setting is used for group conversations or meetings. When placed in the centre of large table, all people within an approximate 2 meter radius of the loop will be able to benefit from it by adjusting their hearing aids to the 'T' position. Microphone Adjuster If the hearing loop is set close to the speaker, the microphone should be adjusted to the low setting. If the microphone is on high it may pick up other noises from within the room. During group discussions where people speak from several different points of the room, the microphone should be placed on its higher setting to allow for conversation coming from several different distances and angles.
