In addition to this, the sound output was ridiculously low (even with volume turned up full).
Would definatley not recommend.

The sales blurb for this item says that it allows an Ipod to be controlled directly from car stereo controls.It didn’t work for me. Just made really unhealthy sounding noises in the tape deck.

not happy with product
purchased this radio in white, there was a audible hum when connected to power supply, radio was hot while operating and after a few days went dead. received a replacement and exactly the same problem happened again. sent back to supplier at my expense for a refund.emailed alba regarding this product but they said there is no specific problem with this model. i am not happy at all and would certainly not leave it on all day.would not buy another even for a fiver116

Kills the small.
One of the selling features of the Archos Gmini 202, one of the very things that makes it attractive to people who don’t want to feel like they’re carrying an original gameboy in their pocket when they want a 20 gig player, is its TINY size......if you want to preserve that tiny size when you protect the player, I wouldn’t recommend this case. Lovely radio...but with a persistant fault
I have had three of these Alba DAB radios. The first one lasted for two years, then one day the on/off switch broke and that was that. I had already bought one for my Mother by this point, and her's is (fingers crossed) still ok. I decided to take a risk and buy a replacement for myself but after only two months this has now broken, the same problem as before with the on/off switch.The radio is really nice, easy to use and has a generally good signal strength. However, I would not recommend it as it cannot be fixed easily when broken!
