Excellent for mixing
I bought these yesterday in for almost twice the price in hmv, big mistake after looking at the price on here. so i tried using them with my ipod and to be honest they sounded quite tiny and i was quite disapointed. but then i plugged them into my mixer to b used with my turntable and they soun ded great, very warm with a good range. so i wouldnt recomend these with a cd player or ipod/mp3 but i strongly recomend using them with some kind of amp. great cans!83
Review for Creative EP510 Earphones - White:
Having used many earphone types I have very surprised at how good the EP510's are. The frequency response for such a small earpiece is excellent,no tinny hiss and good bass reproduction, much better than earphones costing twice as much. I originaly bought these as 'cheapies' just to see if the earhook style was comfortable before buying a better pair. Having found that the fit suited me I bought some more expensive earphones, Philips SH8000/00's - a bad move. The sound produced by the Creative 510's is so much better that I will continue to use them. They may not be the best for convenience or style but they beat others for sound quality and at this price you will be hard put to find a better buy

A 'Sound' Buy
I bought the Creative EP510 earhook earphones to use with my Zen because the phones that came in the Zen pack, although good, kept falling out.Having used many earphone types I have very surprised at how good the EP510's are. Review for Sony Ultimate MDR EX90LP headphones with wide dynamic range:
These headphones are light, compact, they look great, but when you step back down to them after listening to a high end headphone, you realize that the sounds seems to lack presence, i found i had to listen to them lot loader to get the ambience of the music, but then they began to sound a little tiny. You get a lot of high tones that you wouldn't get if you had cheaper headphones, and the bass is fairly accurate for the price to. The vocals are relatively good, and they should be as these headphones were designed for that reason, they are midrange headphones, meant for more professional use, but if you are a musician, or a professional looking for quality, increase your budget and look at some shures, get the right fit and you will never look back and if you do you will be disappointed with anything else!
These Headphones are good for the price, but considering the audience they are aimed at, ie. musician, and other music professionals, i am sorry they are just above average, in all areas and like me you will soon be looking for better.

Look Great Sound Good For the Price
I Brought these headphones twice and thought they were great they each lasted me a long time, but i love my music and i am always looking for something to enhance my experience so i purchased some Shure E4Cs as there was a pair available on here for the same price and they simply blow these out of the water, i want some se530s now. Anyway I digress, If your budget is up to £70, they are probably the best you will get, they sound good if you have your EQ set right, and you are using a good bit rate (which you should always do if you don't want to lose any quality). These headphones are light, compact, they look great, but when you step back down to them after listening to a high end headphone, you realize that the sounds seems to lack presence, i found i had to listen to them lot loader to get the ambience of the music, but then they began to sound a little tiny. Review for Sennheiser PMX 100 headphones:
I don't listen to my music too loud and these are pretty good. I have most of my music at 320Kbps or higher and that allows me to not having to push the volume up in the red.
Only drawback so far is that they thend to hurt a bit the top area of my ears, although they might not be as well adjusted as they could since I also wear specs.
I do find them more"bassy" than my PX200.
Great value for money in my opinion.

Good quality 'phones
I alreay owned a pair of PX200, but I wanted something different for everyday use on the bus/tube to work. I bought these purely on the good reviews, and also because having previously owned some other Senns I liked their sound.I don't listen to my music too loud and these are pretty good. Review for Sandberg USB HeadSet:
I use this headset for gaming primarily and the sound was a significant improvement over the logitech headset i had previously. The microphone also works very well with ventrillo and was easy to set up.
There is another small annoyance with this headset. One is that, if you plug it in after opening a programme (such as a game), it will not work unless you re-open the programme, or refresh the webpage. Several times, the sound has just randomly gone distorted and you have to unplug it and plug it back in to make it work properly again. This can be annoying if it happens mid-game as you will no longer have sound until you restart. This may be a one-off problem that i have been unlucky to get.
Overall it is a decent headset despite the few small problems. Very good sound quality and microphone, and generally confortable except for the first few days. Maybe i have a big head?

Good, but a few flaws
I bought this headset after managing to break my previous logitech headset. First impressions were good, with much better sound quality and a solid build. After wearing it for an hour or so, it started to hurt abit as it was pressing hard on my head. This was quite annoying having to take it off every so often as its causing you pain. It seems to have loosened up slightly now, but it could still be better.I use this headset for gaming primarily and the sound was a significant improvement over the logitech headset i had previously. Easy to use ? Sure
Having returned a new but faulty pair of Panasonic wireless headphones to Amazon, I thought I would try these Sennheisers. The styling is great: tha transmitter base is very smart, and the way that they recharge by just sitting across the metal bars is FAR better than the Panasonic solution, where you have to guide a connector into a plug. They are held on the rail by magnets. Sound quality is OK, but lacks a bit of top, so you might want the more expensive models for true hifi. I agree with comments about how easy it is to detune them, while looking for the volume control: solution ? Put a small piece of tape over the tuning wheel! Overall, a great product and an even better price..89

Review for Sennheiser PMX200 Neckband Closed Back Headphones:
how wrong i was.
Now im no audiophile, but believe me when i say these things are a total joke when it comes to bass. I listen to a range of music by the way and do not limit myself to stuff which is bass intensive. But when comparing these to my PMX40's (which i dont like as they destroy your ears) with a range of different songs you can clearly tell the ridiculous difference.
If you don't listen to songs that require bass then they could well be a good bet. no idea regarding comfort as they taken off in disgust very quickly and shipped off to ebay.
Overall i have to recommend you look for a different pair. The PortaPros, after some research, look to be a much better choice. they dont look as good but the bass quality on these are such a joke...

Good, but not Perfect
I have to admit to being disappointed when I first tried these headphones. I also have a set of Koss Porta-pro which have a far superior, richer sound. Where these headphones come into thier own is when flying or in a noisy environment. They don't cut out all the background noise, but they do reduce it to a much more acceptable level. With conventional headphones I have had to turn the volume up to try and drown out the background noise. The PXC250's offer a much more comfortable alternative.Would I buy them again? Absolutely yes! (but i'll keep to Koss aswell)

Awesome kit
This adapter is the dogs bollocks in adapterage. None of this microsoft set up and spend your life on the phone to a call centre - just plug it in and it WORKS. Immediately you can hear your music like it was being played in your ears - which of course it is. But the colour - WOW! Black is the new black in fashion statements. If you haven't got one or even five yet - buy now coz these are going to be a life changing experience. Totally awesome!95
Review for 3.5mm socket to 2.5mm plug stereo adapter - MDA / PDA adaptor for earphone:
Since it only costs 1p (a reflection of its true value in my opinion) and the main cost is the postage, it makes it 'not worth the effort' to try to return it. Very clever. Steer well clear. I have now bought a Sony adaptor with gold plated contacts on eBay ireland which works a treat and cost only a little bit more.

Review for Sony Headset Fontopia Mdre10Lpl Blue And White:
They produce a better sound than the 'phones provided with a Sony MP3 player and a louder one than those that come with an iPod.
Look at JVC 'Marshmellow' earbuds before buying these as they are slightly better but if you'd rather have a set that just sit in your ear rather than go in them these are a great buy.
One final thing, each ear wire is the same length, not one longer than the other which some people may prefer.

Review for Sennheiser HD280pro Closed DJ/Monitor Headphone:
These cans have an excellent sound quality/price ratio, especially for closed headphones. Very clear reproduction of lows to highs. Sound cancelling is excellent from both inside and out. Sturdily constructed and surprisingly light. Curly cord is great. I bought them in States and they worked a treat on the transatlantic flight, taking me to aurally to airy concert halls and neon lit clubs...though only for short spells, for the reasons below:
Bad news:
I have a small head, yet these things grip like some kind of mechnical parasite! That's an exaggeration - I can wear them without serious discomfort for maybe an hour at a time, but it's a bummer, since I bought them to cancel out the inane yatterings of my workmates (an 8 hr task!).
I would give the hd280s a 5/5 if they were less tiring to wear.

just as rubbish as the black version
i've already reviewed the black version of these but seemed fair to point out that if you want a superior set of headphones than these sorry excuses for headphones,i would urge you to save yourself a few quid & get the px-100's in white instead because they truly are on another level when it comes to quality of audio, far superior bass, far superior highs & warmer sounding in the mid, unless you like your music cold & bassless of course then feel free to waste your money on these horrid things!100
Review for Sony MDR-EX75 Quality In-Ear Headphones - Black:
Well... i was WRONG. These sound awful. The sound quality is terrible and makes music sound tinny and like nails down a blackboard. It's so bad i couldn't listen to more than a couple of songs, it was painful compared to the soft, bassy sound of my old ones. It does mention in the instructions that you may not be able to hear the full bass effect if you're wearing the wrong sized earpads with them, but i tried the small, medium and large sizes supplied and it still sounds awful. Total waste of £20. I'm handing them into the charity shop. They're worth £5 at most. Shame Sony quality is so random and inconsistent.

Nails down a blackboard
I bought these to replace the earphones that Sony supplied with my Sony NWZ-A818 MP3 player, those earphones had excellent sound quality, but they were the traditional earphone shape, which i always have trouble wearing due to them falling out. So i though i'd buy a new pair of moderately priced Sony earphones that were more ergonomic. I assumed that since my other pair of Sony earphones were so excellent then these would be too, especially since these ones were most likely more valuble than the ones Sony bundle with their MP3 players.Well... i was WRONG. These sound awful. The sound quality is terrible and makes music sound tinny and like nails down a blackboard. I play a number of instruments and often make recordings to play back. The sound really is crystal clear, for the price point its good value and just what you expect from SONY
