Good price, good product
I ordered this printer as I was fed up of wasting 2 catridges printing standard documents out. The printer is easy to set-up out the box, remember to follow the instructions and remove all the plastic from the unit (some is hidden inside). Distribution of black is solid, greys are a little wavy if you want to be super critical, however I feel this may be down to a the unit being so fresh out of the box. Mac OS drivers are minimal (as they should be) no silly 'Magic Print Software' - see HP for these apps that are always pointless.It fires up real quick and is super compact on a desk set-up. I would recomend getting one as well as a colour printer.

I have had to scrap the printer after only a few months use. It has broken down several times and the black inkjet cartridge only lasts for a few tens of pages. However it was relatively easy to connect to my network.54

Astonishingly Expensive To Run
Lovely printer. Easy to set up and use. Nice Software. However the toner cartridges (Black, Yellow, Cyan, Magenta) are £50-60 EACH. Yes- thats a coupleof hundred quid to renew your toner. At 2500 pages per set of cartidges that's about 10p per page for toner alone, it's tempting to chuck the printer away and start again. Mine's been sitting on my desk with no black toner in it for months because I can't face paying that much to keep it going. I'm probably going to dump it and buy a different printer.55

Very Poor Printer
I bought one of these back in May and intially I was very impressed with the speed and quality of print.However the cyan toner cartridge ran out well short of the quoted number of pages and the printer then developed a fault with text fading across the sheet.
The toner cartridges cost a small fortune which has been made worse by them running out so quick.
Trying to get a response from Xerox support on the print quality problem is a joke.
Would definitely not recommend one of these to anyone. If I could give it zero stars I would.
