It's functional as well as goodlooking. A great accessory for any desktop the batteries in the mouse are very long lasting, I rarely have any need to recharge it.
The keyboard in my opinion is well worth the money.

This is a great idea and good hardware but is unusable because of poor software and support. Our company last year started giving many of our employees Blackberrys and if they worked these would have been great to issue with the Blackberrys but unfortunately it's one of those almost great products that for a small lack of attention is a disaster, my strong advice is do not touch them.

No support and unusable drivers
I had the misfortune to buy one of these keyboards. The hardware is very good and when it works it is great but as M.Malik said the drivers make it unusable. Mine worked for a period and then last year it refused to connect. I looked at the knowledge base and it was a known problem, so it seemed like no big issue it said to download the latest drivers. I did this (despite the hassle of re-registering it) and it worked the keyboard connected but then pressing the keys had no effect so another look at the knowledge base and it was another known problem (known for a long time) They produced a fixed version of the none iPAQ driver last year but no sign of one for the iPAQ so I logged a trouble ticket November and got no help, re-logged it on 27 January and they closed it with no response to me or entry in the tracking system. I logged it again 16 March and had no reply I put a reminder in their tracking system Friday lunchtime and still no response.This is a great idea and good hardware but is unusable because of poor software and support. Had it about two weeks now and after initial teething problems that were mostly my own doing it works well. Mio Mapping V3 seems fine. Check out the spec as the one on Mio web site appears to be wrong; they do not include a uk mains adaptor and the head phone socket is 2.5 not 3.5mm. Make sure to use the dedicated USB cable to synchronize as my own would not work, probably not same connections. Get the mapping working before you load your own contacts and calendar as Mio wants to search for all your post codes. Managed to load Memory Map OS5 (Ordnance Survey 1:50k) with settings : Manufacturer NMEA Model NMEA 0183, RMC Port COM2: GPS_COM Baud 57600 I found these on Mio 560 Forum and they work but they do not seem to be the recommended settings. Wi-Fi works well but I have not tried BlueTooth. Problems with switch reported on earlier models seem to have been overcome. This is my first PDA and I am quite amazed what it will do.59

The best investment I made in years
I’m writing this on my hx4700 itself. I’ve never liked laptops and a pocket pc seemed my best choice for mobile computing.I spent a long time researching and it paid off. The next best seemed to be the lifedrive and I’m so pleased I settled on this instead, having seen others having problems with them.
The screen is fantastic. The inbuilt software surprised my friends who have other mobile pc’s. It does everything I want, straight out of the box, and thanks to its expandability, if it doesn’t do everything you want on day one, you can add to it. It even comes with free software download credits which you can use to get additional programs from a wide range.
I can’t recommend it highly enough.
