Liked it but the CD player breaks
I bought one of these after being impressed by one owned by a friend. It seemed ideal, the sound is fine for me and I really like the digital radio and the display. Can't see the point in FM but I suppose some might want it. The whole reason for going for this model for me though was for the integrated CD player - great I can listen to radio or CD in the kitchen! Trouble is that the beast no longer plays CDs, the player totally went after just two months. Chatting to the friend whose player I first coveted, it emerges that their CD player no longer works either. That's two out of two on the crap CD player front so disappointing. Like the radio though.45

Worth the money
This speaker system is much better than I expected , having had a play with some of the products offered in the usual electrical shops for the same or usually more money I was expecting rather less quality than I got, the system has a good robust feel. I use it with a Sony nwz818 it fits nicely , the only down side is if you want to charge and play your mp3 at the same time it ends up as a bit of a rats nest of wires, but, if your just playing using the jack plug stalk it works well and its quite neat too. Not quite the sleek form you'd get with many ipod dedicated docks but fair enough, a workman like effort and worth the money47

A little gem!
I don't usually write reviews but this product and supplier warrants it. I had done some homework on prices and functionality and this product fitted the bill exactly ... but would the supplier? The answer was a resounding yes on both counts! The product turned up very promptly, was easy to charge up, and very easy to tune in. Personally I found a"quiet band" on my car radio, then tuned the MP3 transmitter manually to that"station" .. bingo .. in business. Street cred with offspring now who blast their MP3's through the radio on the school run.49
