A must have boys toy!!!!

I bought this for my son and he hasn't stop playing it since. I would recommend this toy as a must have for all boys above the age of 6-66! It gives hours of fun to all ages alike and the only disappointment is with the charging of the helicopter which takes 20 minutes but the charge lasts for only 10 minutes, otherwise a big thumbs up!!!!!!!

It's a torch!

Unfortunately I fell for Mrs C A Deggs review and thought I was buying a pen with a little torch in the end. More fool me, that should teach me to look at the product properly.

As for the product; It's a torch in the shape of a pen. It gives a nice blue light that's fairly bright. A decent enough cheap novelty item.

Sonic My Screwdriver

I think many people confuse this Electronic Sonic Screwdriver with the LED Torch. The Electronic Sonic Screwdriver is much better; sounds, blue light, movable, durable and practically every Whovian's wish come true. I've had mine for about 6 months or so now and I drop it nearly every time I'm defeating invisible Daleks in my garden; however, only a few chips seem to appear upon it. It's a great piece of merchandise and something every fan should be proud of possessing. After completing this review, I'm off to defeat the Cybermen.

Very Cool!

These two helicopters are brilliant i stood on one the day after i recieved them, and to be honest i found it increadably easy to fix. after straightening the roter axl and putting the thing back together i could barely tell the difference. mine are still going now even 3 and a half months later, tho i cant help but wander if i should move on to an X gyrator or a 3 channel... i would however rate the single one of these as they are a little easyer to control, and do not waight them until you have got to grips with them!

So so

20 questions is not that much fun to start with, so it's no surprise that this toy has limited appeal. It does quite well in guessing what one is thinking of provided you don't pick anything too unusual, but will always take its full quota of twenty questions which does not make for fast paced entertainment.

This might be ok to keep kids quiet in the car for a while, but even then, don't expect too much.

password journal 5 is the best

password journal 5 is so cool. It's so fun and it is really girly you will love it. There is so much stuff you can do in it and it does what it tells you to do and it recognises my voice. The only thing that bothers me is the price: no i would not give it 10/10 for the price but it still is so cool. You will love it and it will keep you busy all day.

This is brilliant!

I love this so much! Got if for Christmas and it has provided so much entertainment, particularly for my v. competative brother who keeps trying to beat my score. I have now, after two weeks, just this evening reached the top score of 250 and im so pleased, but disappointed as i cant better my score further. - Although i have the beat box mode to master next.. Think im going to buy Bop It Download which i hear you can get to a high score of 1000! Great if you have a competative streak in you, particularly two players. I love it, for adults and kids alike. I just wish i had this when i was a kid.

Excellent !!

These little helicopters are excellent, i bought 3 as xmas pressie and have been asked lots of times 'where did you get that from, i'd love one!" my kids all have one as they can be flown on different frequencies, they are more robust then they look, would reccomend them to anyone for any age!

It's a Stylophone... get one!

I was just browsing a gadget shop in town earlier and stumbled across this for £15. I thought to myself - this must just be for show, so I asked for a trial. It's awesome! I picked it up straight away

The sound is spot-on. It also features two new sounds (one is like a dirty amplified organ, which is excellent) and vibrato for a very different sound. The unit is capable of very impressive volumes - you will be able to drown out all your inferior friends with this little badboy. (Also includes headphone socket in case you don't want to lose your friends)

External input means you can plug in your MP3 player(/whatever) and jam along to your favourite tunes - the tuning knob on the back is so precise (and has a massive range) so you can really have a blast. And because it sounds so authentic, you could easily use this for recording purposes if the original Stylophone sound is what you are trying to capture

Most of all - experienced or not - this thing is just damn fun to use, and everyone you know will be jealous. Buy it now!

This is such fun.

My seven year old son got this bought for him for his birthday and he loves it. He could fly it on his first go. We have been flying it inside the house and out in the garden and it has done well on both and we havn't got a big house or garden. It charges up quick and I think seven minutes is long enough flying time as kids get bored easily. It is a tough thing too which suprised me. But I can see us going through a few pairs of wings until my son becomes an expert. A great toy and a lot of fun for any age.

Poor quality pictures

I agree with other comments that the build quality on this camera is very good, and my son does enjoy taking photos with it.
HOWEVER, the picture quality is very poor, particularly on the view finder - grainy and dark.
I don't think it offers good value for money, and would not recommend it to anyone else for that reason.

FANTASTIC !!

I Bought this as a Christmas present for my neice. I knew she liked Dora so that was a plus already. When she unwrapped it she screamed her head off because she had wanted it for ages but her parents couldn't afford it. Anyway she was 3 years old and was starting school the next year. Now she is 5 and everytime I see her she speaks to me in Spanish. She says 'Ola' and 'Gracias' She can even say thankyou and Your Welcome. I Reccomend this to all the little kids out there that are aged 3 - 7 years old. The other review about the screen being black and white.. well I ont think it matters. You can still see it and the keyboard is fine because the school my neice ad daughter go to they teach the kids Capital and small letters so anyone could understand it. She takes it everywhere with her so BUY ONE NOW FOR YOUR LITTLE CHEEKY CHIMPS.. They Will Love You Forever If You Do..

I Love it!

This is a must have toy for anyone who likes thier toys, i bought it for my 4 year old for his birhtday, thinking he wouldnt be able to use it and"daddy" would have to show him how it worked, but he has mastered the speed control straight away and he isnt to bad with the direction controls, i struggle with direction, but it is very easy to keep it flying in a normal sized room until it starts to run out of power(7-10 mins). once it looses most of its charge it struggles to gain height so is ideal for a novice to take over and start playing around with it, as it wont gain enough height to smash into the ceiling.
Talking of crashing, this happens alot at first and it has held up very well to the numerous ceiling.walls,xmas tree, tinsel, and vertical blind crashes....
I am not sure why this model is dearer than the others, i bought it as i was told it had better stability? i cant confrim this as i havent seen any other in action. but it takes off from any surface and easily takes off from your hand whilst holding the nose section. or just sat on it.

how can this be possible?

I had this arrive today, seemed okay plugged it into the audio slots on the back of my Pc and nothing happened, so sound at all. Not even the microphone worked.

So i plugged it into the slots on the front, Wahey we have sound... and a microphone unfortunately the microphone is horribly low and is described to be that i'm in the the next room or something".

It doesn't even show up in the devices list or even the volume controls... some help would be greatly appreaciated

Very disappointing toy

This is the first review I have ever written, this product is so bad I felt I had to.
There are 3 seats on the spaceship, 1 for each of the characters included in the box, Peppa, Danny and George. Each seat has a small plastic seatbelt which clips on at the top and bottom of the seat. The seatbelts are incredibly fiddly to fasten and unfasten and you can't just leave them fastened as the characters are too difficult to put in their seats with the belts fastened. It is hard enough to get them into the seat without the seatbelt as their little plastic legs have to be in exctly the right position.
If you don't bother with the belts then the characters just fall all over the place as soon as the rocket is moved.
Once seated and belted in you then have the same issue trying to remove them from the seats, my 3 year old (a huge Peppa Pig fan) found this so frustrating she ended up in tears because she couldn't get them out.
The 3 doors to the compartments are very difficult to shut properly, especially for little hands.
The sounds are also very limited (but incredibly loud), one recorded speech from Peppa and some rocket noises and that seems to be it.
I think this whole thing is rubbish, a waste of money and your child will be bored/frustrated with it within minutes.

Best robot ever!

I got this for Christmas in 2005 and have really enjoyed it since.
I like where it's sensors are located and I also enjoy the features, as some of the things it does are really amazing. The people I know seem to get bored of it quickly- but that's just because they are boring people!
He has fallen over quite a few times, but doesn't even have a single scratch.
This is the best robot ever!
