Best game yet!
I just bought this game for my 5 year old daughter, however she could not even get to play it as her 7 year old brother was playing it constantly!! We are big fan's of leapster and have in total 9 different games in the family. This one though has been the biggest hit yet. There are various different puzzles to work though and every time you get it right you move to the next level. It is a good thought and memory provoking game as you have to consider how to build the bridge to get the little creature to the other side. Another game is to remember how the monster looks and then the monster is broken up and you have to put him back together.If you only buy one leapster game BUY THIS ONE! It is by far the most popular in our family!!!

My eldest (7) was given a similar 'Copter for Christmas, and has even beaten me to landing back on to on the"launch pad" (a biscuit tin - the tiny helicopter does not particularly like being launched from our carpet) that we have in the living room. However his 'Copter is to be returned as it is faulty, and I think I will get another of these on a different channel so we can fly at the same time.
Honestly - if you like the idea of remote control.... this is a really fun challenging gift that is great value for money.
My friend who gave the helicopter to me suggested I load a video - I cannot see how, and when I find out, I might try!

My Best Present!
OK, so I'm 37. But this has to be the best toy I have been given in the last ten years!! We had a great evening with this Murder Mystery and it's definitely one of the better ones. There are a lot of varied characters, the jokes are sufficiently terrible and the acting on the dvd just as bad. We were talking about it for weeks afterwards. It's a good evening's entertainment, if you follow the instructions and don't worry about what you look like then it'll be a night to remember!111

we were bought this as a present for our son Reuben, it took him a while to get used to the tunes, and we found the constant whirring and drone of the lightshow tended to keep him awake, rather than help him to drop off!! Also a female voice, very loud exclaims.."IT'S LULLABY TIME!!" whenever you change the mode, which tended to wake him. The batteries run out quickly as you'd expect with any electrical toy!112

A great addition for a Thomas fanatic
My son got this leapster game along with a leapster last Christmas. He was 2 and 8 months at the time, and although i was a bit worried that it would be too difficult for him, he loved it. With a bit of help he can do a few of the featured things on it (and is improving all the time). It has definately helped his counting and he can now recognise the numbers and count to 20. He has dropped the leapster console a few times and it is surviving well, plus the leapster seems very economical on batteries.114

I originally bought this toy for my daughter who’s now 7, had it now for 3 years, and she still uses it. She has even let her little brother use it for his books. They both have their own books. Very robust and fun to use. My daughter loves to read and my son was not so keen but he loves borrowing his sisters LeapPad now. So useful for all abilities. When they want to play a game they have a games machine of their dad’s to borrow. So they know a book is a book and a game is a game. A very important point to make. I think if you buy one make sure they know what it is, what the point of tricking them that it’s a game they are playing. It’s a book for reading with a bit of fun thrown in. I think the books are little expensive.115

Well worth the money!
I bought this guitar for my little boy's third birthday, he is autistic. He thinks this is great, he never puts it down he thinks he is a popstar. Fun but Fragile
We got this as a pressie for our dad, and although he did love it, it is NOT a durable plane. It's made of styrofoam and very cheaply put together. I wouldn't buy one of these products again for this price. It is way too expensive for the low quality.119

Educational and Fun!
We have only tried 5 experiments and had lots of fun and learnt lots too. The experiments are easy to follow and the illustrations are clear, with plenty of testing and discussion opportunity. The components are well made and robust. Before we purchased this set we had a look in the shops and most electronics kits were flimsy and only had 10 experiments. This set definitely represents value for money and my kids aged 6 & 10 are really keen to use it at any opportunity. They were both really surprised when they tested 'foil' in a circuit and it conducted electricity and also were impressed by a 'reed switch' activated by a magnet. So lots of 'WOW' moments.120

This is a super toy with flashing lights, ring tones, engaged tones, dialing tones, different voices saying hello just like an actual phone. It is educational with numbers shapes and colours, asking the child to press certain keys. My 8 month old has road tested it and thinks it is wonderful.
