Terrific fun

I bought a PicooZ for my son and very soon realised that I should have bought two, the other for me. I looks fragile however is very robust and flies well -despite having had the tail chewed by the cat. I eventually bought one for me which failed after a minute - the tail rotor motor stopped. After a few weeks delay I got a replacement from Amazon and it was well worth the wait. The PicooZ is simply great fun and it takes a little practice and many crashes to get the hang of it. Fully charged you will get 5 to 6 minutes flying time and now I need a bigger house as I have now explored every aspect of our living room. Buy one, you won't be disappointed.

Still fun

I remember when these first came out. I was the one kid at school who could do it! Once it was mastered I spent years on and off just playing with it, doing patterns half completing it, basically just playing with it.

Eventually after over twenty years of play time took it's toll and it just wouldn't turn soothly anymore and one of these arrived for father's day.

It is exactly the same size as the original cubes, it has the same colours as the original cubes, it still has stickers on the sides and the stickers still slide when you turn the cube fast...It is almost exactly how I remember it but it is much harder to turn and square up than my old cube is. Now I'm not sure if this is because it is new, or whether it is genuinely harder to turn, but I don't remember it being this hard to twist when I was ten years old. My kids also enjoy playing with it, although they do"hand it back" when it needs putting back to order.

I have played with one for over twenty years, I love it. If you cannot complete it there are now whole areas of the internet dedicated to the Rubik's cube - and computers have now been used to prove that it can be completed in less than 24 twists (although I hasten to add not by me as my fingers are now stiffer than they used to be and it takes me about 2 minutes to do). Give it a go, but DON'T give up, work it out even if you have to go online...it's fun and therautic eventually.

Problematic - do not buy

Having had the BT Baby Plus for aprox 7 months it suddenly stopped working. BT were very helpful and sent out the brand new BT baby monitor 150. The monitor and parent unit would not connect - so they sent another one. The vibrate does not work and the unit cuts out on anything other than sensitivity level 5. They have asked me to send it back so they can check it - without sending a replacement; they are asking me to go without a baby monitor for"a few days". As i do not want my child to be in bed, upstairs without a baby monitor I find that this system is flawed.

It's a torch!

Unfortunately I fell for Mrs C A Deggs review and thought I was buying a pen with a little torch in the end. More fool me, that should teach me to look at the product properly.

As for the product; It's a torch in the shape of a pen. It gives a nice blue light that's fairly bright. A decent enough cheap novelty item.

Top Trumps

I found these cards great for my 7 and 5 year olds as they love High School Musical. These cards helped them with the numbers higher and lower values whilst they had fun.

Flimsy

The omnitrix is greatly over priced for what you actually get. I apreciate all childrens toys are overpriced on the whole, but this is very little more than a cheap plastic strap and bezel which turns and a red and green light.
Under 9's will think it's great and it will undoubtably stimulate their imagination, but my honest opinion is that it should be no more than a fiver and even at that price it would be making the manufacturer an enormous profit.

Perfect for little people

These crayons are perfect for little people. I bought these crayons when my daughter was 12 months old and she loves them. She is now nearly 2 and she has not managed to break or snap any yet. They are lovely and chunky for little hands to grip. They have a great selection of colours.
We kept a few seperate in her changing bag, as they are a brilliant idea if you get stuck in a traffic jam, or to keep them amused in the highchair if you are eating out. These are a must have and travel everywhere with us!
My little girl loves these so much I have now bought her a new set.
The only drawback is that they do take a bit of elbow grease to remove from the telly, walls, furniture etc. But so far I have managed to remove any little accidents! I'm not sure that they would from wallpaper though, as luckily her accidents have been easy clean surfaces.
If you have dogs, make sure these stay off the floor or there could be tears. For some reason my dogs seem to love eating stray crayons.
Highly recommended, a really good investment that keeps them amused for hours!

Best present Ever!!

My 8 year old son wanted this game for Christmas. He loved it and we all enjoy playing this game. Bring back Traditional Games!!!

Every house should have one

This toy is great fun and suitable for all ages. I also have the version 1 of this and while the new version features an undo button which is useful I don't find its ability to guess accurately any better. If you already own one and want to see what the version 2 is like I wouldn't bother. If you don't have one it's good value.

Very Cool!

These two helicopters are brilliant i stood on one the day after i recieved them, and to be honest i found it increadably easy to fix. after straightening the roter axl and putting the thing back together i could barely tell the difference. mine are still going now even 3 and a half months later, tho i cant help but wander if i should move on to an X gyrator or a 3 channel... i would however rate the single one of these as they are a little easyer to control, and do not waight them until you have got to grips with them!

Ben 10 bedroom!

This is a fantastic item for a Ben 10 fan! Heroes For Kids also had the valance and fleece blanket as well which add to the effect in the 'Ben 10' themed bedroom! Great quality items as well. Recommended to anyone with a little boy who likes Ben 10!

Uno what?... What's the big deal?

I'm going to be as honest as fair as possible here - we have a stack of board games in our house that we've been playing for years, as well as the accompanying card games stuffed under the odd bed! But after being given Uno via the Amazon Vine program, I honestly can't see what the big deal is.

If having fun is the main prospect of a nice, cheap, and easy card game, then Uno is far from it, apart from cost. After each player has been given a selection of cards randomly, it's anyones guess as to which card you can place down, which you can't, which is a 'hot' card, which isn't, which is a wild card, which one means you have to pick up more... it's like an over-complicated version of 'rummy' or BlackJack, except these cards are different colours, and have numbers, then to complicate matters worse, each card can mean different things... fun isn't word - disappointing is.

Believe me, their are far better games out there!

NOT A GAZILLION!!!

Just bought one of these thinking it would have a real wow factor for the kids. It just doesn't perform!!! It's not much better than blowing yourself the traditional way. I can't be bothered going to the hassle of returning it but it shall make me think twice before buying something like this online again.

A hit

I bought one of these for my friend's son, and was really pleased with the quality of it when it arrived. I'm told he loves it, so that sounds like recommendation enough for me.

Sonic My Screwdriver

I think many people confuse this Electronic Sonic Screwdriver with the LED Torch. The Electronic Sonic Screwdriver is much better; sounds, blue light, movable, durable and practically every Whovian's wish come true. I've had mine for about 6 months or so now and I drop it nearly every time I'm defeating invisible Daleks in my garden; however, only a few chips seem to appear upon it. It's a great piece of merchandise and something every fan should be proud of possessing. After completing this review, I'm off to defeat the Cybermen.

Bargain Tardis playset

For £12.99 this is a bargain! I agree that it can be a bit flimsy in it's construction but at such a cheap price and the smiles it generated on Christmas morning i'm more than happy!
