This particular TV is great! Very easy to set up and install with a reasonable manual for a change! We are really pleased with all aspects of this great TV which really comes into its own when fed with HD inputs.
Even analogue TV, Freeview and non HD Sky produce lovely results.

Great looking stand but sort those feet out
Very pleased with the overall quality of this stand and it certainly looks as good as many stands 2 or 3 times the price. However there is just one flaw in the design and that's the cheap plastic front feet. Fortunately I'd read previous reviews so was prepared for a slight weakness so didn't over tighten. The feet are brittle plastic pretending to be shiny steel. This lets down what is otherwise a very sturdy construction. However I would still recommend this product to anyone looking for a great looking stand. Come on Icon... change the feet for steel ones and your stand would be faultless.86

Brought this item just a few days ago to go with my new sony (Sony KDL-26P3020 - 26'' Widescreen Bravia HD Ready LCD TV), perfect item, Mounting was easy, instructions were easy enough (diagram :0)). Supports the weight of the TV easily and movement is good.87

Unfortunately, I don't think my Harmony 525 will last very long. It wasn't long before one of the volume buttons stopped working, so I reprogrammed a different button to take its place. It's flexible like that. Then the pain started coming off the directional pad, so the light shines through where it should not. All the ink has come off the number pad, so you have to guess where the numbers are. The thing creaks terribly if you put any pressure on it.
It feels like a lump of cheap plastic, especially compared to the beautiful Sky remote that it's supposed to replace.
So, I guess I'll be looking for another universal remote when this one gives up the ghost, and then I'll have to invest time in setting that one up.. again.

Most SCART blocks to RGB are for accepting input so are of no help. This adaptor allows either direction depending on the switch setting.
Note that you may have to set your free view box via the configuration menu to make it include an RGB signal in the SCART output.

Works well
I wanted to break out the RGB part of the signal from the SCART output socket of my free view box so I could use it as an input to my media recorder. I have loyalty to Sony after years of adoring my stunning 100hz Trinitron, so i tried this big 46" and boy what a great call.
HD gameplay is amazing stuff - i mean XBOX360 (and PS3 too) titles such as Assassin's Creed, PRG4 etc look like a very high-end PC with this - trust me, i know PCs and i can't believe how good these titles look in 1080p. It's so much better than 480p as to be a totally different experience.
But when it comes to a mixture of SD sources, it is harder for a TV engine to sort things out. Some are great in HD but tear a SD signal to shreds......Well this Bravia absolutley excels here. Firstly, the Theatre Mode is a one-stop shop for excellent viewing of films - no gimmicks here; it really works wonders.
Also, set up is easy and just works well - different sources are easily adjusted. The auto-adjusting settings (with light-meter on front) are very good at tweaking settings when you draw the curtains/ switch off lights etc - nice touch
Sound is fine but mine goes through 5.1 anyway.
A top-class piece of kit - steal of the century at £850
Couldn't be more pleased, and that is comparing it to the very highly-regarded Samsung!

I have used a Samsung series 5 40" 1080p tv which is superb but this has little tricks that make it a better TV overall.I have loyalty to Sony after years of adoring my stunning 100hz Trinitron, so i tried this big 46" and boy what a great call.

Great product but tricky instructions.
I bought this product from Amazon for my 32' Toshiba HD Ready TV. It came with a variety of screws and bolts to mount any TV, so no worries if your TV is curved at the back. It puts your TV approx 3 - 4 inches away from the wall and with the simple to use tilt function, you can easily connect all your scart, hdmi and pc input connections.Took me about 30 minutes from beginning to end to mount and looks great on the wall, saving much needed space by having no stand.
