I am disappointed with this DVD player

The picture quality is something I would expect of a cheap player not this one. When you have the darker scenes in the film, it is really hard to make out what is being shown. Also, every single disc that I've watched on this player suddenly stops for no reason at all(and no, it could not be caused by me fiddling with the player during the film, as I was sitting still the whole time and did not even touch the machine) during the film, and does not even resume, I have to go the the DVD menu and find where I left off through scene selection option. The sad excuse that is passed on for the antennae has barely any reception at all, to get a decent image you'd have to buy your own. This player is absolute and utter waste of money. If I'd known this before I bought this player, I would definately not buy it.

No Digital Text

All the features are great on this TV but be warned there is NO digital text even though it says so in the title (Amazon know about this but continue to keep it in the title). In the little booklet which comes with it there is an extra peice of paper saying that the teletext button on the remote does not work with this product.
This is also the second tv I have had as the first had a burning smell coming from the rear and the picture vanished. I assumed that the digital text did not work due to a fault on it but it seems with the extra piece of paper that now comes with it, it never intended to, so be warned. If it had the text it would of had 5 stars ;)

Extremely good

I have been looking for a TV and DVD combi for my caravan for quiet a while. This one meets all my requirements. It receives analogue and freeview TV channels, plays DVD discs plus music, photos from my USB dongle and SD cards. Brilliant picture quality and stereo sound, perfectly for my caravan. We have experienced Freeview signal difficulty in some places, but it all sorted out when connecting to a portable amplified antenna. Now I can enjoy the football when staying with my family at caravan sites. I am really glad I have bought this TV.
