a vacuum that dose the job

avery time it comes to buying something new i always do my home work i brought a miele vacuum and had it for about 7 years it work ok then i had the chance to use a sebo vacuum cleaner at my uncles house the carpet after vacuuming look new and clean so i brought the sebo bs36 and after useing it at home i can tell you it is the best vacuum that i used just buy one

Powerful and Versatile

Bought and used my new Bissell 3760E today and I am astounded by the power and amount of dust it picked up when I had only vacuumed with my old cleaner yesterday! It is incredible! The option to use the cleaner as an upright or as a cylinder makes it so versatile and easy to use. The turbo attachment is great on the stairs and the cleaner is adaptable for hard floors. The powerful rotating brush actually drives the cleaner forward making the job effortless. I cannot rate this cleaner highly enough and cannot believe I used to have to put so much hard work in into vacuuming before I bought this. This is the first review I have ever written so it just shows how impressed I really am!

Sebo sensation

One should guard against enthusiam for domestic appliances and reserve it for art, literature or fine wine but the Sebo Felix is an excellent machine that not only performs magnificently but is curiously intriguing. The design is retro but eminently practical with 1000 watt suction plus 750 watt power for the brush (which is separately switched or automatically cut when the handle is upright or you run over something that will jam). The steering system works very well allowing the brush head (which cleans to the edge) to be expertly manoeuvred around and under most pieces of furniture. The longer than average lead is convenient, as is the height adjustable handle, accessory storage, easily unclippable hose etc. I not only like the design but also the high quality of the materials and finish. This a machine that will last as it is built well and, should you need them, spares are available to effect almost any repair. Buy one vacuum cleaner to last your lifetime! The only disadvantage is that it is a trifle heavy and the handle does not immediately fall to hand. I don't count having a dustbag as a disadvantage. A good bag system is cleaner and more convenient than emptying dust into a bin and I feel that all that stuff about loss of suction etc is just marketing. Spend the money and enjoy housework!

lightweight gem

Bought this cleaner because I used my brothers & thought it was fantastic. The suction on this hose is far superior than any other cleaner (& I own a Dyson)be careful cause it might suck your carpet of it`s track!. It`s light weight has a height adjuster for different floors which you do need to use as if you go from flat floor or thin carpet to thick carpet, the suction is so great you won`t be able to glide over the carpet.I think this is the best value for money & i would rather own 5 of these than 1 Dyson. Brilliant - never going back to another brand!

This is the first time I have purchased a Dyson having avoided them for years, now I am definatley a Dyson convert after just a few months and will not go back to purchasing any other type of cleaner.

Even though your carpets look clean, it is unbelievable how much it actually picks up. - Easy to use on varying floor coverings and a doddle on the stairs (you can leave it at the bottom and the hose reaches all the way to the top). Oh and the filters are all washable - so no worrying about replacing bags or filters an extra bonus!.

My husband even likes using the cleaner (definately a break-through for all women! and even my two year old takes a keen interest in it)

This is the cheapest price I have found for this model - and I did look around, and first class service from Amazon as always

Disappointing.

I was so thrilled when we got our Dyson, because we had heard such good things about it. I wish I had read reviews instead of believing the hype!

It worked great for a few months with moderate use, but now there's barely any suction. We've given the parts a thorough cleaning, but nothing seems to help. We've given up.

Now we've replaced it with a Miele vacuum cleaner, and I couldn't be happier. It's so great to have clean carpets again.
